You don't even deserve one star. I just ate here and my Mac & cheese bites were undercooked and still cold. My snack wraps I got barely had any of the toppings I asked for and it tasted gross.

My friends and I had an extremely uncomfortable situation at this Sheetz location. As we pulled into the parking lot, a man was staring at us, followed us inside, and watched us, maintaining direct eye contact for the entirety of our 20 minute visit. He did not lose sight of us, it made each of us very uneasy and cut our visit short. My two friends purchased drinks while the rest of us left without anything. As we were exiting the building, the man followed us out, still staring us down. This is when I noticed he had a sheetz badge. I felt more comfortable knowing he was an employee, until he aggressively approached us and accused us of stealing by shouting “you have something in your pockets?” Considering he stared us down the ENTIRE time we were visiting, he should know that nothing was in our pockets. We were truly frightened and got in the car to drive away while he was still shouting. He then rapidly approached the vehicle and followed us across the parking lot. While I understand he has a job to do, this behavior is completely unprofessional and had all of us shaken up on the drive home. I don’t like to be accusatory but my friend did happen to be the only person of color in the store at the time. I am very disappointed and likely will not be returning. Super scary and uncalled for.

If you want food in a semi timely manner DO NOT use their app to order. I placed my order at 11:42. It said it would be ready at 11:58. It it now 12:45 and my food is still not finished. I ordered fries, a burger, a milkshake, and a large tea. Nothing crazy and I’ve been waiting over an hour from the time it was placed. That is beyond ridiculous in my opinion. I have worked in fast food so I try to give the benefit of the doubt but this is more than just a “short staffing” issue. I went and asked about my order and was told it was not ready yet.
UPDATE: received my food at 12:49. My food is COLD!! There are 5 people in the back and I was just waiting on someone to grab my tea the entire time I was there. There were 3 other people in the store that had also been waiting an hour for their food. So when I asked about my food it had been done and just sitting waiting for my drink.

Just got a 6 inch Italian sub. 8am. May 30th. Lucky I didnt have time to go back in, as I'm off to work. They left a sheet of the separation paper from the meat in my sub and I ate like 4 bites before realizing it. It was a whole sheet. Shouldn't be so in a hurry and pay attention.

Girl friend and I stopped here last night for our after firework show milkshakes around 2am. The staff was just amazing. The gentleman in the kitchen that had an energy that brings a smile for your face. Had the best peanut butter loves shake ive had in a long time.
Didn't have to wait 40 mins like the previous weekend at the austintown location. I get this is no fault of that location but after 14 hours in a field all day and 4hours of round trip driving, one finds themselves exhausted by milkshake time.
Definitely a well earned treat after a long days work. Hope to have the same amazing experience in the weekends to come being the closest Sheetz to my new home in Canfield.
Keep being awesome folks. And come see our fireworks NEOPG!

I don't know what was going on there tonight, but I had to get a refund for my coffee order as I had waited 10 minutes and there were no signs of life.... no one ever said what happened or even said sorry or we're working on it.. nothing.. I was on a time restriction so I had to go, so thanks for leaving me thirsty for my 1.5hr drive tonight.

10/26 10:30 pm my husband got me a burrito bowl, literally I only ate like 4 spoons of rice. Payed extra for pico cheese and sour cream and they gave me just that with almost no rice it was disgusting. Don't get your burrito bowls from here.
