My aerator had a flat tire one morning and I spent all morning going to different dealerships seeing if they could help me repair it and for someone reason they all said there mechanics weren’t going to be in till the afternoon. In a last ditch effort I went to True Tread Tire to get my tire fixed before my day was completely ruined. They took me in instantly and despite not working a machine like mine before they still took a look at it and got me up and running in no time. This place saved my butt and I couldn’t thank them more! They were so friendly when I walked in and let me make a cup of coffee! Would definitely come back again!!

Awesome service! They were super busy- but the manager or maybe owner, Janice, is efficient as anyone could be! She had a tire ordered for me and got me in for service within a couple hours of calling. Also only had to wait about 30 minutes for service, and the lobby was accommodating and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to a friend! Thanks again to everyone there you saved my day and my upcoming move with speedy and reliable service :)

I've been shopping with TrueTread for all my tire needs, for over 20-plus years. Every purchase has been completely professional. We have never had a negative problem in 20 years . I know if we had a problem True Tread would solve it for us. We just installed Michelin Cross Climate 2 . The ride like a dream.

(4/1/25 3:30 writing this post) .just got home ..I brought a tire in (flat) not holding air. asked to have flat fixed knowing METAL valve stem was bad and had to be replaced for sure. left the tire and returned when she called me back. no problem $34 to fix it. paid it . throne (plug ) and bad valve stem .( my shop is in Lordstown 15 miles away ). put it in the back of my truck Friday 3/28/04 it sat over the week end till Monday morning, I go to put it back on the tracker at my shop ( flat again ) drive 15 miles back to have it fixed again. She takes in back. I leave and return 5 hours because she called and said they found another thorn. why didn't they water test it the first time?. She wants another $21. hell no i said .. she should have fixed it right the first time ( like the sign says on her wall when you walk in ) I refused and said she was paid to fix it right the first time.. So she then said $12.. i said we will have an officer come and decided who is right.. keep in mind she is getting pissy with me, in front of other customers. And I don't want to walk out so she can accuse me of theft.. i told her one last time. I will call an officer no problem, at that point she agreed that it should have been fixed right the first time....don't go there that women is wacked and stressed out...the guy at the counter who I had work done before is fine I don't want to say any thing about him. he is reasonable.

The front desk lady she is horribly nasty. I would never come back there anymore, People please do not go there if you have flat tires. I do not recommend this shop. I give them 0 out of ten. Thumbs down!!!!

Yesterday, we went to buy a tire and the woman in front is kind of rude and when we went back to ask to put the tire since the person who were supposed to fix it doesn’t have tools she put the new tire in rear passenger seat when it was supposed at the front passenger seat. I asked for alignment and she said we can’t. Also, I asked for 3 more tire change and she provided the price and I said yes, go for it, SHE DID NOT CHANGE IT rather told us we’re done. I’m not sure if she’s being racist because we’re not Americans but one thing for sure. The lady in front is not professional and not immigrant-friendly. NOT RECOMMENDABLE! This was the first time I visit this shop and will NEVER buy and do service with them! What a disgrace in the business!

I waited at 7:50 in the morning, but they opened the door early and gave me coffee. I was grateful that they even made a handwritten maintenance record with the receipt. I recommend it. It's very convenient as it's in front of the highway on my way to work.

First time here… Was looking for 2 new tires. Wanted 3 things, 1- Made in USA, 2- Quite, 3- Longevity (tire wear)…. Janice looked up all the options for me and explained everything and cost as we reviewed my options. Best of all she was able to get the tires that same day and put on. Took less than a 1/2 hour… Honest & fantastic service. Been going to the last tire shop for 25 years, no more. Found a new home for tires. Thanks ??
