We have been taking all family vehicles here for many years. Always fast and courteous service, I mean really fast. Janice is the best and is so nice and always remembers a fact about the family. Prices are very good, why bother ordering online? While sitting in the waiting room Janice treats all customers with the same respect, that is quality. Plus I have seen her do everything within her power to help travelers who just pulled-in off the highway, that is quality.

I was an hour away from home visiting Boardman for a work event, and I got a flat tire from a broken air compressor at the Sheetz across the street (the connector from the compressor wasn't sealing tight to the tire stem so the valve pin was letting the air out of the tire). I had a nice stranger help me put my spare on, and then he called True Tread, which was right across the street, to see if they'd help me put air back in my tire. They took in my car right away and had it fixed, free of charge, in less than 20 minutes. I was so thankful for their help and their kindness!!! I was able to get back on the road and back home in no time. Really thankful for their help.

Got a bolt in my tire on the way home from work yesterday. Went in this morning at 8:05 and was out by 8:15 with it fixed. Great work, nice people.

I needed two new tires, it was an emergency, I had a nail in my tire. I called, and Janice at the front desk ordered my tires and got me taken care of THE SAME DAY! I also told her I needed to be thrifty, and she gave me plenty of options so I could make the decision that was right for me. When I went in, she offered my three year old some snacks and gave him some things to play with while we waited. My car was in and out quickly, and the quality of the work was excellent. I'll only go here for tires from now on.

5 STARS for Janice and the crew at Bellino’s True Tread Tire! Janice had a better tire in stock than all the other places recommended.. and the price was better than those other places too. We are very happy with the tire choice; ride and handling are much improved over the old ones. Next car here that needs tires is going to True Tread!
