I just love the ladies (and gentlman) that work here. They are soo kind and accommodating. They know me and handle my products with care and consideration. Seriously just thankful to have such wonderful people at my local post office!

It's criminal to be on hold that long, I couldn't go beyond 35 minutes due to having a life, sad I lost THAT much time to begin with!!! Never did make my appointment to renew passports. Thank you for nothing. Sorry you feel under paid but please answer a phone.

Kelly is amazing!
I had my passport appointment this morning, I arrived early, more then prepared, and Kelly was informative, knowledgable, clear, & kind. I went into this thinking it would be similar to a BMV experience (you know, your prepared, and the workers are like stone, not willing to the extra mile to help you if didn't understand the process).
I asked questions and she was happy to answer them. There was another worker present that I observed also very kind and pleasant to the customers she tended to.

Today when I walked into the post office and I heard some arguing between some employees. As it was my turn to ship a package, an employee (blonde woman) came out from the back and was swearing/yelling at Kelly, who was helping me. There was no reason for this person to be saying such rude remarks, especially in front of customers. Lucky there was no kids around. To end on a positive note, Kelly handled the situation very professionally and still helped me out with a smile. I’ve been going here for years and she has always treated me well.

The office has been very helpful. In the past, our home delivery was an issue. They addressed it. I have felt that inside the office they have professional. My current home delivery has been without issue.

The mailman for canfield on Stoneybrook is the worst and laziest person ever! This guy always puts mail from our neighbors into our mailbox and mail we supposed to have has Never arrived! I wish that they would finally replace this person asap! Today we have 5 LETTERS from 2 Different Neighbors!!!!!!???

Brought an item and they didn't have boxes large enough to ship...I had to bring the item all the way back home, find a box and then schedule a pickup... don't come to this location expecting help or normal items any POST OFFICE should have....

Live in Canfield, delivery on my street is terrible, no pickup of mail from your home mailbox and rarely get mail delivery. Little to no service. No reason given upon calling local office. Zero satisfaction.

Worst customer service by the ladies that were working on Friday 10/13/23. Had a passport appointment, showed up ten minutes early (this was my second appointment bc they gave me the wrong form to fill out the first time around) treated rudely from the moment I walked in the door. They seemed bothered by the passport appointment. I was filling out my form and about 5 minutes into my appointment they told me they have to cancel the appointment. I was so confused ! My appointment time was 10:15. It was 10:20 when they told me I would have to reschedule. I asked why and they told me I took too long with the paperwork! I was there for five minutes! I honestly think this location does not want to be bothered with passports and these two ladies looked so miserable it was clear they hate their job! Do better ! People take off work for these appointments !

I have nothing but good things to say about this post office. The postal workers are friendly and helpful here. I guess that's the atmosphere you get at a small town post office.Unfortunately, negative reviews about a post office are bound to happen as a result of the the cog being part of a bigger machine that does often fail to meet the standards of the patron. Remember that when you write your review. Judge the post office on it's own merits. Try to leave out any dissatisfaction with the over all entity.Thanks Canfield post office for welcoming a new patron in your doors.Cyle
