Clare Neff was very kind and helpful. She ordered a book for me and was told that I was in no obligation to buy the book if it didn't have what I needed in it. Also, she will let me know when the book arrives. She even talked about having quilt classes in her shop so I could learn new things. I like the look of her shop.
