Phoned customer service to get a phone number changed so that I could pay the bill online. Girl took all info and hung up. Ten minutes later situation not resolved. Called back. Spoke to another girl that made me do all of the verification again, and situation is still not resolved. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Sat on hold waiting, I guess everyone is complaining. Once a supervisor answered and I explained my problem she said "this is the wrong department". I imagine that. Believe it or not she hung up on me. Now I am unable to pay my bill online. There isn't a Wells Fargo in Ohio. I am sure I will get hit with a late charge so I am contacting an attorney.Now I remember why I started banking with them years ago. Probably the worst banking experience then and now. Will not recommend to anyone.

This is not a banking location! If your looking for an ATM or Wells Fargo Bank you'll need to look elsewhere.

Called this office to see about opening account with wells fargo. After calling several times and no one answering the phone.. Someone picked up and was very ignorant to me on the phone.. You could tell she did not want to be bothered. I explained I wanted to see about transferring my account to Wells Fargo.. I was told to call back , because she was busy now. I guess I was not important enough to talk too. So sad..So much for dealing with this office. I guess customer service means nothing here!and
