Edit: it's been 6 months and I still never received a refund. Never do business with this company!
Terrible experience! After going online and getting "approved", I decided to set up their eazypay. It said I could have the payment drawn out on the 4th but I would have to pay $23 to get the payment on that due date. No big deal. Afterwards, it says my payment will be drawn out on the 27th anyway. So I put it back to monthly. I set it up on the weekend and when Monday rolled around I called into this store to confirm my order. Monique assured me that as long as I sent in a copy of my lease and updated order form that my items would be delivered this Friday. Cool. I send in the documents and call back in a few hours later to confirm that they received them. I asked for Monique since she was aware of my situation and apparently was to busy to put me on hold or call me back so she passed the call to another associate. I don't know her name as she didn't introduce herself. Totally different tone then Monique and very rude! After all that, I was still willing to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Today, I get an email stating that my application could not be approved because they were unable to verify my application due to not receiving those documents, the same documents I called into the store to confirm was received. I bet whoever I talked to the 2nd time didn't even check. If I'm not approved, even tho you said I already was; what gives you the right to draw money out of my account if the application was not really approved? And to make matters worse, after they told me that I was approved and set up for delivery I went ahead and told my kids about the items we were getting. Now I have 2 disappointed little girls on top of it. I'll be surprised if they actually refund me my money. As far as I'm concerned they can keep it! The way I see it, it only cost me $23 to find out that I'm better off taking my business somewhere else! Absolute horrible customer service and communication skills! I worked in the rent to own business for over 5 years. It's not that hard to verify an app and send out items for delivery. Hopefully this saves the next person from getting the run around. Do better Aaron's!

Can never seem to get anything from them. Drivers said no couch would fit in our apartment. I had to cancel my order. Never again.

Bad customer service, they are rude and disrespectful and they call and harass you before your payment is even due, and if your 1 day late the come to your house like they own you or something worse place ever.

Will never deal with them again called for things to be picked up due to people taking off work to get my other things moved in would not take it back supposed to seen a roach now landlord doing a walkthrough for no reason and they still going to charge me evan thought I told them no money in bank

Great rental place don't try to gouge your pocket. I have my Xbox X from there used but it's under 100 a month got everything else new with it. And your contracts are only for a year and they offer you insurance and not just add it without asking

Your website is so intent on selling something else, with non stop ads and requests to chat, I can't even get into my account because the saved password is wrong. The app says to send myself an email and that doesn't work right. I just need to change my credit card !
