i brought in a ring that was given to me after my grandmother passed and it had a pearl missing and a pearl damaged. i brought it in and they replaced both pearls and polished it so it looked brand new. they did a wonderful job and everyone in there is so kind! they are also very good with working with budgets to get customize jewelry you both love and can afford! i will definitely come here again :)

Lauren and Alyssa were absolutely amazing when my cousins and I came in to get our permanent bracelets! They even helped me get a couple extra pieces that I'm in love with! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and funny! They and the rest of the team made it a trip to remember! We'll definitely be back!

I ordered quite a few items for extended family birthdays coming up, mostly science related as my son and his wife are both science teachers. The items were supposedly on deep going out of business discount, but the items were terribly over-priced even at the sale prices. They will be OK for party favors, but don't shop here for quality items at a good price. (My apologies--After seeing the store's reply to my review, I realized that this store was not the one I had ordered from. Please disregard my comments.)
