Worst customer service ever. Was in here waiting for over an hour and not one worker said anything to us when we came in or at any point. When someone finally came out from the back he went to a woman who came in after us.

Absolutely amazing employee’s we walked in to get me a new phone we weren’t even in the store 2min. Someone was helping us our visit was short and we were very satisfied!! Keep up the good work!!!

Friendly staff, but technology is EXTREMELY slow.I had brought 2 elderly ladies I was helping back 4-5 times in 2 days due to internet and them changing supplies needed, so they could set up the internet on their account. To be fair on at&ts end they were trying to help us get a discount/sale, and they put a lot of time in it.A lot of the hassle may have been avoided if they wrote down the supplies the customer needed to bring in.Personally I would also not recommend them for fixing a phone. While they were setting up the account for 2 elderly ladies I was with; I attempted to have them look at my phone. One accidentally turned on voice over which really messed up my phone the rest of the night. Maybe some training in fixing/assisting with small technical issues might be helpful.

Came into the store for the new iPhone was helped by Bryce, he was very rude and I was very rushed threw the hole process. Did not tell me about next up or protection and I was told I would have waived activation fees but do not. Seemed like I was being talked down to. Was also forced to talk about products I had no interest in. Will never recommend or go back

Bryce is very informative and helpful, he just couldn't help me reverse what a rogue sales rep did and I ended up paying for something that WASNT my fault.

To start off, I want to clarify that I work on a 100% commission basis, and I understand how surveys typically work. That being said, even if something upsets me, I usually provide the best rating possible.However, when I visited the store, I specifically asked if anything would change on my plan, and I was assured that nothing would change. Now, upon receiving my bill, I see that my plan has gone from select $45 to $89 as a preferred client, with additional charges of $14 for insurance and $6 for the Next Up upgrade. This increase of $60 per month was unknown to me, as I never agreed to it.Usually, we have no choice but to accept the terms when they put the iPad in front of us, so we simply hit accept. However, I was unaware that this would result in an increase in my monthly payment. I would appreciate full disclosure in the future.Additionally, I'm willing to retract my statement if I am incorrect because, like everyone, I am human and can make mistakes. However, based on the information available, the situation doesn't look favorable.
