I had a great experience at the Cleveland Ave store. Logan was very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent customer service. There are many auto parts stores in the area but we will keep coming back to this Autozone.

I ordered windshield wiper blades and went to pick them up, and asked the employee to put them on. He put on one, said "you're good." And threw the other one in the trash as he walked in. I felt really weird about it and I knew I should have said something, but i was on a lunch break and it just all felt really weird. I went back to see if it was in the trash near the front door still, and my old blade was but the box with the new one wasn't. I know it's sort of my fault for being too timid to speak up at the time but it was really weird and I didn't really understand.

Very rude manager. I had a problem with my car and while I was trying to explain the situation he kept cutting me off and not letting me finish, telling me what the issue was before I could tell him everything that was going wrong. I mentioned to him that I bought a battery from a different AutoZone the day before , and I was displeased because I spent close to $300 just for nothing to be fixed. I wasn’t demanding a refund, but I was explaining why I was frustrated. He blew me off and told me there’s nothing he could do (I wasn’t asking him to do anything) and that he probably would’ve guided me to buy a battery too, and it was ultimately my fault for making the decisions to purchase one. I’m sorry but I was under the impression that the people at AutoZone were there to help, so I followed what they told me to do. I’m not an expert, I’m just someone who absolutely needs a car and will follow the advice a professional gives me. He then proceeded to tell me the tests they run aren’t really ever accurate. After a few minutes of conversation with this guy, him continually cutting me off and being extremely degrading towards me, I decided I should go somewhere else for help. When I said that, as I was leaving, he shouted a very sarcastic ‘sorry!’ To me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Not helpful at all, wouldn’t listen to me, and when I decided it was time to walk away decided to shout something rude. I didn’t have a good experience with the people who sold me the battery either, but at least they were good at customer service. If my car is having an issue that is beyond what someone at AutoZone could do, just tell me to go to a shop. Terrible person who only cares to belittle and one-up customers.

Jared the manger was very disrespectful he refused to return a light bulb pack I had bought from a different store unopened and unused I didn't know my vehicle took the $140 style special bulbs I was happy to buy the correct ones but he stated they were used how could they be used when i never opened them im never coming back to this or any autozone ever agian
