damion, the store manager, is the WORST customer service rep of all time. would highly recommend you rent your car from the airport location- this man made me never want to rent from this company ever again.

Rude, unprofessional, mean, hateful, man who is customer service! I’ve never been so disappointed and treated so bad at a business as I was dealing with this employee! No matter how nice and professional you are to him he is the nastiest he can be! Shame on you and shame on Avis for keeping such an unprofessional monster in their company! I will never rent a car with you in life! Do not rent from here it’s a pain in the rear end!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF DAMIAN IS WORKING !!!!!!!!!!I had a reservation. Somehow me and someone in another state have the same reservation number. The employee balding skinny black man late 30s to early 40s was not helpful at all. He prettt much told me he didn’t have anything for me and I could check somewhere else. He didn’t even want to call. When I asked him to call he seem annoyed. He told me he would make one call then I would have to do the rest. It’s 8:30 in the morning and his lot is full. No one else was there or pulling up. This was sorry customer service. As a company you all made a mistake and you tell a customer they are on their own trying to fix it. Unbelievable. Would not recommend this place.UPDATE***** I made it to the Airport location 10-15 away from the Tuscawara St location. Mrs. Laura was very nice and explained to me that Damian has sent several people her way and many make complaints about his terrible service. She explained to me that in the rental world most do not want to give up a car for a one way trip so he lied to me and told me my confirmation number was registered to someone else.

Complete waste of time try to charge me extra money I'm a preferred customer and couldn't even get an upgrade give me my ID and my credit card back and told me to leave this store before they call the police if I could get a zero I would had to call customer service just to get everything straighten out worst customer service at ever had in my life

This location is great for its size. I rent once a week from here for work and I’ve never once had an issue. The guy that works there, Damien, is also great and helps whenever I have any questions.

This place is a complete waste of time! I called to see the requirements to rent a vehicle for a one way trip and they assured me, over the phone, that all I needed was a $300 deposit, upfront payment for at least 3 days and a valid driver's license... I even asked multiple times if there was anything else I should prepare for (like a credit check maybe?) And they said "nope, just come in and we will get you squared away!"So, I go in at 930am and find out that they do in fact do a "soft inquiry" and require a credit card with a high limit in order to get a rental! They were extremely rude and demeaning when I brought up the conversation I had on the phone! I was told that I spoke with the owner who "didn't understand my question" ... But my question was very straightforward and direct! What are the requirements? The owner should know what they are and tell me over the phone so I don't waste my time going in.. This place needs shut down already.Oh and this has also happened a year ago, except last time they took my "deposit" for a month even though I didn't even rent a car from them!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!Only thing they expected upon return was a full tank and no smoking.No problem.Then they charge a cleaning fee upon return.Ok.I might have left a candy bar wrapper on the front seat and probably snow that melted on the floor.DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET!

I wasn't able to get the car I was supposed to get and they charged me a upcharge fee and the car I had to get wasn't fully cleaned but going to tell me I will have to pay 450$ cleaning fee for a little bit of dog hair and poor customer service

Rude manager. Immediately told to park differently. Parking space lines are practically invisible. Genuinely didn't see them at all. Pulled up next to the curb and he came outside before I even got out of the car to tell me to park correctly in a parking space. Then tells his employee to charge me for gas after I stated it has 3/4 tank and only had 1/4 tank at start. Insisted that I prove it. I did. Then said he had to call the branch where I received the vehicle to confirm. Started rude. Continued on rude. Wrecked my mood for sure. Thanks friend. You are contagious.

Wow! I rented a Corolla for 9 days for about $336. But when I needed a "manager's choice" (whatever is on the lot) for a whopping 36 hours this company wanted like $221.00. Not for me!
