I was greeted with huge smiles as soon as I came thru the door and we all 3 proceeded to talk while they handled my transaction. I was there making deposits for my business. I had just come from my personal bank where i did personal banking right before my stop at Citizens and was not acknowledged because employees were playing on their phones & when i was acknowledged, i was made to feel like i bothered them so it was so nice to see how customer service oriented the ladies at Citizens were.
