You could not pay me to stay here again! This place needs shut down! I don't have high expectations and this place is disgusting! You can't even smell chlorine in the pool area. The beds are junk, you roll into the middle of it, musty nasty smell in the rooms, the bathrooms are moldy and you can tell how lazy they are and just slap paint over areas that need physically fixed. The bleeding & pillows had stains marks all over them. At one point there was ZERO towels washed in the hotel, no extras. We were eating pizza in the lobby and found dead bugs laying around on the floor. I ended up leaving and reporting them to the department of Health.

Could be cleaner and better maintained. Contential breakfast was ok. No coffee pot in room. No usb access in room. Only vending on 1st floor is lobby. Room door lock problematic, had to keys recorded twice. Heard other guests talking about same problem.

This place needs a complete remodel. Everything is old, worn, ripped curtains, rusty towel bars, broken down mattresses. There are plenty of other hotels in the area. Don’t pick this one.

Great place with great , friendly and attentive staff . I’ve been staying here for work for the past 2 month and haven’t had a single issue . Any time I’ve need assistance been immediately accommodated. I’ve yet to see one bug so these reviews stating it is “infested” are a COMPLETE lie . There are no bugs of ANY kind. Clean rooms with clean linens , towels etc . The pool is always clean and hot tub always clean and warm ! Great prices and extremely family friendly. I would highly recommend this location to friends and family !

Holy. This is a terrible place. Actually take note of these reviews. We booked multiple rooms and we found sweat, urine, and BLOOD stains on our sheets. The room equipment was also in poor condition and there was sticky grease across furniture. Staff was not willing to give a refund or be anywhere near workable. Do. Not. Book. Here.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! THERE IS A BED BUG INFESTATION. My daughter is at this hotel on a class trip and she called me at 2:30am in a panic because she found a bedbug crawling on her bed. The front desk gave her and her classmates another room but did not even notify the adults of the bedbugs or the room change! I called and talked to the front desk representative who told me that there was only bedbugs in my daughter’s room but no other room. How would he know that if no one checked??? I googled the hotel and saw 19 reviews dated back 4yrs ago to present day!! I’m furious because this is an ongoing issue and this place is still conducting business KNOWING this is an ongoing issue! The management responds and says no bed bugs found but it’s a LIE!!!! This is completely unacceptable and I will not stop until something’s done about this! Bedbugs are serious and expensive to get rid of??

I stayed at the hotell for 1 week for business the manager Kurt told me he was too busy to help me with what I needed wen I asked for towels he told me that is not is job ask the front desk or housekeepers very disrespectful and for breakfast the food Charlie made gave me food poisoning then they have a very weird worker named Josh that made me feel very uncomfortable after he made a joke that he can see me anywhere I go then there room that we checked into 228 we was informed that a guy had died in it and we also found bedbugs in the room these people are very foul and disgusting and very rude the the worker Allison was outside smoking marijuana wen we arrived and I asked for her name and she ignored me this hotell is a joke the workers are putting reviews on the hotell to make there self look good it’s all a scam they pull money off you’re card and will not give you you’re deposit back as for there pool goes there hand feeding there pool and hot tub with regular bleach and will give you chlorine burn not safe for anyone thanks for reading don’t stay at this dump

I would not recommend this hotel AT THIS TIME. The hotel is in the process of being remodeled, so I would give it a few months before checking it out. At this point in time, I would go to other locations in the area. The initial interaction with the staff was one of total disrespect, unprofessionalism, uncooperative, and just plain unacceptable. After indicating that I had a reservation and being given rude remarks, I ended up with a maintenance person telling me that my reservation was to be cancelled. After talking to the general manager, who was a bit more approachable, I ended up staying at the hotel. However, about two weeks later, I found out that not only was I charged my points, but I was charged over $100 as well. I contacted Wyndham who advised contacting the hotel, which I did. The hotel staff, after a lengthy conversation, reversed the charges on my credit card. So, bottom line, it is ok to stay there if nothing else is available, but if you use points, make sure to keep an eye on your credit card statement. Just in case.Noteworthy details: The door handles have a mind of their own. One minute you try to open the door and you need to pull the door handle up, next time you try to open the door you need to push the door handle down. Lot of guess work involved.

We were part of a soccer group that needed to cancel our reservations as we changed locations. We called within the 24 hr time frame and all of the team members were able to cancel but as I was the last to call was given additude by Sarah who informed me her manger told her not to cancel anyone else. After going back and forth she finally took my name and said she cancelled it but I just found that we were charged and once calling back found out Sarah never cancelled it and the manager won't talk to us. Don't book here.

The positive: the beds were very nice. We slept very well. The staff was prompt and friendly. The negative: When we got there, the remote didn't work and had to request another. The tub drain wouldn't stay opened and had to prop it open . The breakfast was mediocre at best. One ( out of our 6 days there ) they had microwavable b-fast sandwiches. The coffee was from hell the first day, then it got better. The carpet looked very old. See attached pictures. The rooms are in need of an overhaul.

Great for a family weekend stay! The pool and hot tub were a big attraction as our kids enjoyed them. One of the cleanest pools we have ever seen in a hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean even though the furniture was old. I was informed that the hotel is going for a complete renovation of rooms. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The halls and elevator were in need of some soap and water.. maybe a vacuum.. room was much better than the hallway ?
