was there on January 1st. the guy was obviously not wanting to be there. It showed. I still have no phone. he said I had to change my number. had an email saying I had a few phones I could get but I was sent away to call for a insurance claim. wish there was better customer service for boost

Bought a phone for my aunt. The young man, Nick Kelly, who waited on us was very helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. He answered all our questions and helped set her phone. Extremely pleased! He is a gem, keep him!

This store has nothing but idiots that work here twice now 2 people on my account went and got new phones and they shut my phone off BOTH times ! The first time they actually had the NERVE to charge 10 bucks to turn my phone back on even though it was THEIR mistake !!!

Drove by this place at 10:46 at night and nobody bothered to shut lights off or turn the open sign off. They are giving false advertising.
