This store has nothing but idiots that work here twice now 2 people on my account went and got new phones and they shut my phone off BOTH times ! The first time they actually had the NERVE to charge 10 bucks to turn my phone back on even though it was THEIR mistake !!!

Drove by this place at 10:46 at night and nobody bothered to shut lights off or turn the open sign off. They are giving false advertising.

The gentleman named Nicholas at this store helped us out greatly after fighting a week with wife's phone he spent less than an hour to fix it and got it going he's great he needs to raise five stars to him I recommend going to the store and ask for Nicholas he was amazing

Amazing customer service! Extremely helpful, couldn't unlock my old phone to use it nick and Nate helped so much I couldn't ask for more, really made my experience worth staying at boost, I definitely recommend boost mobile off Tuscarawas if you deal with those two guys you won't regret it, they will do the extra just to make sure you leave satisfied 110%

Boost kept telling me I needed a new phone as mine was 3G and 3G service was being phased out. It says right on my phone by the manufacturer 4G.But, it was time for a new phone anyway... Purchased my new phone and went to the Boost store on Tusc to activate it. The clerk called to do it and then told me my knew phone was locked. I replied "I purchased an unlocked phone". No, we can't do it, it's locked. You need to take it back and get an unlocked phone.Back to the store where I bought it. They told me they do not sell locked phones of the brand I bought and they have a lot of trouble with Boost.Back to the Boost store on Tusc. I told the clerk what what the man said they needed to do to fix this problem. He refused to call again to try and insisted my phone was locked, saying the trouble was all with the place I bought my phone.Back to the store where I purchased my new phone. I was fed up with Boost at this point and chose another carrier. My new service was activated right away on my UNLOCKED phone. Hmm, who's the problem?The clerk in the Boost store on Tusc was very unprofessional, dressed like a hoodlum. His language was foul. When he tossed out the F-word (among others), I was done. I don't need to be treated like that. And I wasted three hours doing something that should have taken minutes.

I went in to switch SIM cards for the new Network change at this location! the store clerk was unwelcoming and un professional When I told him what I was coming for he cut me off say we charge for that!! So I ask why when I'm doing as instructed the paper say by phone or in store it doesn't mention a fee but okay so once he completes his transaction with another customer I say can u call customer service for me? He rudely says I'll just do it it's not a problem!! I said I'm a customer coming in here as instructed your energy is unprofessional and your aren't gonna talk to me that way!! I got the vibe that he was tired or just a rude person!! He wouldnt provide his name ! Since he refused to call customer service I didn't switch sims cards!! This is why I don't go into side boost stores they hire anyone and it's ran unprofessionally!!! Never again!! I filed a complaint and I'm leaving boost I never had this problem going into Sprint! Verizon! Or T-Mobile !!

I went to tusk he's out with a gentleman name Tyler he deserves a raise every other store that I went to had a closed till 3:30 on the door hand sign like everybody was out to lunch first thing in the morning couldn't get service nowhere stopped in on tusk after breakfast and he hooked it up he sent me up with a new phone all that he was the only person there he handled two customers at a time and got everybody situated happy and out of there help me with the setup of my phone and made totally sure that I was happy and that my phone was hooked up correctly and working properly that way I had no problems once I left that store. Annie even called around to try to look for a case for my phone because they didn't have any in his store.

Came to get my daughter a new phone for her birthday and I've been sitting here over a half an hour waiting for Staff to get back from getting lunch!!This is why there should always be 2 employees so this doesn't happen..I will no longer come to this location..Very disappointed ☹️☹️

Liars and thieves, tell you the bundle is included when it’s really not and they just up the price for the promotional value! Then employees pocket money. Then blame it on other employees! I used to work here and all I got taught was fraudulent activity that I wasn’t comfortable with! Like activating a page plus phone or tracfone in order to get the “best deal” for every customer. But really it’s just to make more commission for the employees and regional manager so they talk you out of keeping your number and convince you to change it! I will never work for a boost mobile again Allied was the worst!
