I recently switched to Boost today and the customer service was really great. The guy working there was able to help me and a few other customers despite him being the only one there. I was in and out in about 40 minutes but would’ve been quicker if it weren’t for the service provider I was switching from. I love my new phone and am really pleased with this location in particular. Definitely recommend if you’re trying to get a new phone or try a new service.

They don't ever answer their phone then every single time I go here when they are suppose to be open their door is locked I really think they don't care too much about their job this location is horrible the 12th st and market location

Mike is the best! Very kind, patient, and smart. He worked with me all week long to try to fix my brand new LG stylo6. Unfortunately is was defective from the manufacturing and I had to go back to the original store that sold me the phone which was Anthony from 12th st. In Canton. I wrote a bad review on that locationIf you get your phone from anyone else other then Mike at Cleveland Ave in Canton or his manager Dave at copley Rd. In Akron then Make sure you have Insurance on your phones and willing to pay a deductible to get your phone replaced. The 1800 number or LG wont help much either.Mike and Dave are great and I wish I had went to them to get new phones. Thank you guys!

Today Boost Mobile Road out a new system of operations my bill is due today however Boost Mobile cut my phone off for no reason because errors or bugs in their system update. I was actually at the Boost Mobile store and the representative was trying to explain to the customer care agent whose English was deplorable that it was Boost Mobile's Fault by my phone was cut off but the agent was not trying to hear that. Also I was on the clock so I was fined for not being able to take orders when they cut my phone off. I got fined $150 boost Mobiles in the wrong even the representative at the store said they were in the wrong and the customer service which is clearly overseas somewhere in Asia Only refunded me $15 when it was their fault my phone cut off
