Definitely not “Bright” at all “Now” I came in to get my crowns replaced because I had a couple of chipped teeth. My foundation was solid before I came here. I took advantage of their crown special. I got 6 replaced and spent $3500 Dr. Dohar said the would do it for that price because I was not gonna do it at all. ( insurance did not cover any of this) at first she said to do single crowns, I agreed. I’ve gotten my crowns replaced before and I tell you, the other people took at least an hot or more to remove my old ones, she took less than 5 minutes to remove all 6. She didn’t mention anything about my structure not having enough to support the crowns. 5 months later my front double crowns, not single. Came off, she recemented them back on and told me to go to another place and get a root canal. I went to another dentist to request to get a root canal, they said I didn’t need it. They said she messed up my crown so she has to fix it. I came back to her and she said I need implants and it would cost me nearly $4,000! But she would give me a discount for my two crowns and told me to change my Medicaid to buckeye and they would cover the partial and she didn’t do implants so she scheduled me with their surgeon for a consultation. The surgeon told me it was gonna start with $1,000 for the partial, then another $3500 for the implant! I don’t have that kinda money just laying around, carecredit wouldn’t approve for a loan, I came back a few more times to get my crown recemented then the last time, they said Dr Dohar was not my doctor anymore so they said they scheduled me with Dr Martin. When I got there, they said I wasn’t on the schedule, but they put me in, Dr Martin didn’t want to do it but she did it anyway. I called and left a message for the office manager to call me back, it’s been 2 months, haven’t received a call. I just wanted to be reimbursed something so that I have money to get it done elsewhere. Until now, I still don’t have my two front tooth and out of $3500. I have to wear a mask everywhere I go and cannot chew like a normal person. It’s been a very depressing year back and forth with this dentist office. I go in for a better smile and I leave not being able to smile.

Just got off the phone with them and they are rude, dismissive, and short. Who speaks to patients that way? I get that you're busy but show some common respect and decency. That was by far the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. Appalling.

They have such a long list of all the insurances they accept, but when you schedule an app and go there, they tell you they don't accept the insurance.P.S They don't accept Medicaid (of any kind)

Hello, I have to cancel my appointment today at Belden Village 1pm. Can't get through on your phone line. One of my employees has COVID and I have to go cover the store. Sorry for the trouble.

My son’s appointment was 11:20am. It’s now 3:38pm. Which is ridiculous as heck! It should not take this long for fillings and one extraction. Not to mention the waiting areas is cold like you’re sitting a blizzard. Three hours my sons has been back there for one tooth extraction and some fillings. I’m currently sitting in my car. Hopefully no child service’s don’t get called on me for not being able to pick up my daughter on time. At 4:20 it’ll be six hours I’ve been at the dental office. Now who in they right would ever want to come back!!

I made this appointment for a check up and a cleaning because that's covered by my new dental insurance. The receptionist was "cold" and unwelcoming. I was quickly ushered through for x-rays. Had to wait for a while for the busy dentist. They were very rushed with me. I was presented with a long list of issues they found with a bottom line of nearly $3,000. I had to ask to read the list because they held it at an angle and I could barely read it. Felt like I was sucked into a vortex that I couldn't get out of. I ended up agreeing to three "small" cavities being filled. When I walked out to the cold receptionist, I had to cough up $905.00. I was asked if I want to schedule to have the rest of the work done. I said, "No, I just want to schedule to have my teeth cleaned, please." THEN I was informed, "We don't have a hygienist right now." I won't be back.

I never give one star reviews so let's starts with that. However i put trust with this company to do a bridge and a crown and both failed. Both of them with the same result. A tooth decayed and cracked under the crown. I have had bridge/crown work by my retired dentist in the past. That bridge is around 10 years old with absolutely no issues. In addition my father has had a crown bright now did fall off twice. I feel their works sloppy and just lacks skill. Now i am left with a nice bill fixing these issues they messed up.

So I came to Bright Now like two years ago to get 2 crown replacements. To my knowledge my insurance only approved one - to which I thought was pointless. I appealed it but again had no clue that they finally approved both. It wasn't until two years later I found out that they did! My caseworker also didn't know. But my main problem is that I am an adult, first of all. So the only purpose my caseworker serves is taking me to my appointments because I don't drive and that's it. So the fact that once my dentist comes in she addresses my caseworker and not me is a problem. My caseworker has no authority over me and I'm the patient not her. Do not speak about me as if I'm not in the room and I'm the one sitting in the chair. To not make eye contact with me and look only at my caseworker is rude. Even at the end when she asked if I needed an excuse note for work or school for being there she still never looked at me but only my caseworker. The dentist claims that they informed us of the approval update but neither I nor my caseworker knew otherwise I would have gotten this done two years ago! But everything happens for a reason and I'm beginning to realize that maybe I need to look elsewhere for service. Not to sound dramatic but you lost a patient, I just don't appreciate being handled like a remedial child that isn't self aware.

Very unprofessional. Confirmed my appointment the day before and then canceled it because they over booked. I made the appointment a month in advanced and their work is not the greatest, the fillings they point in have came out multiple times in a short amount of time, and it's not like I abuse my teeth that would make it fall out. I do not recommend

These people don’t have a clue what’s going on… had my wisdom teeth done yesterday there and had to fight for it because they failed to run my insurance even though my consultation was over a month prior which they apparently set up with the wrong doctor. So after arguing with the man he gives in because I clearly already planned for them to be removed and already took the days off work. My appointment was at 12:20 but they overbook themselves so bad they didn’t even start me until 1:50 and left me numbed for an hour(my first consultation was rescheduled bc I waited in the lobby for over an hour without being seen and had work). I hear more people walking around talking and laughing than working. I also found a needle on the floor in my room in which I should report bc 4 people came in the room and no one noticed it, hair on the machine. Between the not so cleanliness and rude staff I’m never going back there. Didn’t even apologize for the possibility I might have to pay for some of it since they didn’t do their jobs and can’t properly schedule appointments either and acted like it was somehow my fault. What a joke to blame the patient when I’m clearly the only one who did their part. Not to mention I sat there for an hour and a half for him to pull them out within 10 mins…

I am very self conscious about my teeth. I am embarrassed to smile and I was embarrassed to even go to the dentist plus I get anxiety going to the dentist.I felt very comfortable with dr. Martin. She is very caring and the best dentist I’ve ever been to.
