Worst experience at any bank in the last 12 years.
I deposited a check Friday (10-18-2024) in one of their ATM’s on site. Their very old and run down atm must have taken a bad picture of my check, well now my check is being held (10-29-24) a whole 10 days from the date I received my check, when the ATM I deposited only said the hold would be until Saturday (10-26-2024)
(Side note, I’ve been on the same payroll for over four years now, so this wasn’t a first time thing)
I have called trying to get the hold canceled, and even went into their same location I deposited my check and they offered absolutely NO help, the younger lady with very dark hair actually seemed snobby and inconvenienced that I even came in to ask why it was being held, proceeded to not look up a single thing, and just told me I’d have to wait the entire hold.
So for me personally it’s a 0/10 at this location, absolutely do NOT recommend,
There is a Huntington bank a few minutes around the corner ( on Cleveland Ave ) from this chase location that has MUCH BETTER customer service, and that’s where I will be going back to after my funds clear and I can close my chase account.
Only reason I ever changed was because Huntington closed their closest branch to my house, but it was a poor mistake switching to Chase.

The manager and teller talked to my wife and I like we are thieves we needed to send money to family member which also is chase member they just weren’t very nice or helpful I’m going to change banks.!!!

I use Chase as my secondary bank account. I needed documentation to verify information for an account I was dealing with that my other primary bank failed to assist me with. Those ladies went above and beyond to get me the proper documentation I needed and helped solve my issue. Not to mention they were busy with just 2 tellers working and never once let their customer service slide. I will be bringing all of my business to chase! Thank you ladies again!

Just visited this branch to open an account. The staff in office working there was terrible. He stopped working at 4:30pm and asked me come back tomorrow. I said that I might not come back tomorrow. He said that was fine. He totally did not care the customer to Chase or not. Chase again gave me a bad impression to hire such kind of people. Unhappy experience and waste time

My wife and I were there today opened a account and wow we were shocked on how great the customer service was!We called in and they got us in ASAP and we got in our appointment.Then, the best part was we were helped right away by the BEST! When I say The best, I mean it! The man knew his stuff! There was no trying to sell us and switch our opinions or decisions. There was all just pointing us down the right path to take and how to go about the correct money decisions on our new account! His name is Josh Smith and very friendly and very customer service oriented! Go to the chase bank on 30th st in Canton, Oh 44708. if in the neighborhood or passing through and need help!Highly recommended to go to this Chase bank branch and ask for Josh Smith!

This branch is useless. Unless you are withdrawing or depositing small portions of money, skip this branch. They require an appointment for everything and 2 weeks scheduled out! And the drive thru ATM works falf of the time. I always go to The Dressler branch.
