Been going to this bank since it opened! They are very cheerful and helpful! I understand the frustration of showing an ID when they know who I am, but I have been hacked and ID stolen so I’m thankful for the precautions they take to keep our Accounts safe

Not surprised to see a 2 star review on this branch. Don't waste your time coming here. First time I came to deposit a check, they denied it. Took it to New Philadelphia branch and accepted no questions. Second time same thing, so I deposited on the chase app. What a waste.

I wish I could give them zero stars but that's not an option Absolutely horrendous experience not talking about the women inside. I did not speak with any of them. I called the customer service line I deposited over $500 into the ATM. The ATM messed up and took the money and sent me out a little receipt that said your money did not register. I called them the number and they were completely rude to me and told me it takes up to 10 days to get the $500 deposited to my account. And you know in today's world that is a lot of money especially with your single mom with two kids and you were counting on that money so now I'm just supposed to sit around for the next 10 days and wait for the money to be deposited into my. I don't understand why it takes so long and they were rude and not even discuss it with me. She told me she was going to hang up the phone because I was being rude. How would you feel if you were in my position and just lost $500 that you need it right before the first of the month? Horrible experience. As soon as I get the money I'm taking all of my money out of Chase account and putting it in somewhere else

Update: My dad switched to Huntington shortly after this incident. We have had zero issues with Huntington. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Their staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. My father banks with them and his tenant gave me money to deposit for him- in cash. I went into the branch for this transaction. There were two women behind the counter, working on something. Not only was I not acknowledged until I had been standing there for almost five minutes, but when one lady was finished helping the other, she went to sit down in plain site to talk to two women working the window. It seemed as if only one of them was working with a customer in the drive through and no one else decided to come out to help behind the desk- at this point there were two other customers besides myself waiting to be helped. When someone finally decided to help me, it was the blonde lady working the window. I told her what I needed to do and had the account number. She asked me if I had a deposit slip after she saw the cash and I said I would need one. Maybe I’m spoiled by Huntington because they fill out the deposit slip for me. This lady handed it to me and when I had questions about how to fill it out because his account number was different from the ones I’m used to- she rolled her eyes and answered my questions like it was an issue. She went to get into his account and told me that I couldn’t deposit cash- it needed to be a money order or check. What bank doesn’t take cash? And why did she have me fill everything out after she saw the cash if they don't accept cash? I said, “This is why I don’t bank here.” She then responded, very rudely, “Well if you banked here, this wouldn’t be a problem.” I then said I had to call my dad about this. She walked away from me to help another customer- understandable. When I got my dad on the phone he asked to speak with them. I told him the lady who was helping me walked away and now I have to wait for someone else. Another blonde lady came over and I told her he wanted to talk to them. She said she couldn’t talk to him on the phone. So you don’t want to talk to your customers? I then just told my dad I was going to leave. And as I was leaving I told him this is why I bank with Huntington. Blonde lady # 2 then LAUGHED at me. I have already told other family members and friends about this experience. Luckily none of them bank with Chase, and will never do so in the future. I called corporate to make a complaint and they said they don’t take cash for fraud reasons. That doesn’t stop someone from having fraudulent money orders or checks? I’m pretty sure there is a machine and a MARKER to check if cash is the real deal or not. Chase just wants to make things difficult for people. So if you have to ever deposit cash for someone else- DON’T bank with Chase. Huntington allows you to do so if you have the account number. Thank goodness for that. God forbid someone is in a pinch and needs cash deposited immediately for funds. Chase can’t help you there.

Their online menu is really bad. Can't understand when I reach a real person. Computer crashed and I tried to reenter a new password and it only gives me two options, text (which I don't use) or phone which will give you a code. Very hard to hear and if you make a mistake entering the numbers you can not repeat them option. I prefer the EMAIL with the new code which you don't have that option. Very bad choices for those of us with hearing problems. Have now decided to go into the bank and let them reset everything !!!!!!

2 times I've came in to consult with a banker but failed to be recognized or asked if I needed any help. Everyone saw me come in but turned their heads and continued typing on the computer or made multiple phone calls while I'm standing there. One lady even walked over to another banker and sat down to start talking with her. Surely, people that came in after me were immediately acknowledged and resolved their questions. I had to approach the counter to ask for help after realizing I was the only customer in the bank and 6 bankers totally ignored me. Appoint or not, you still have to ask the customer if they needed anything. Poor customer service! I just work next door and was convenient for me to bank here but looks like I'm gonna have to come back one more time to withdraw all my money and close my account to open with Huntington across the street!

I am a long-time customer with Chase I’ve been to many locations and this is definitely the worst if you have an opportunity to go to a different Chase locations then go there I got terrible customer service. I have multiple accounts with high dollar balances on them and I have been given them excellent service I have over an 805 credit score. The issue that I had with them is I came here today to open a business bank account they have two bankers there that were dedicated to this and I was waiting my turn and I was told that Someone would be coming to help me as soon as they were finished with the patron Someone jump the line and the business banker seen them first and then I was waiting my turn again and another person jumped the line. I don’t mind waiting my turn but when you’re sitting and waiting for about a half hour and someone else cuts in front of you it’s annoying.

The Blond who walked out on her phone and greeted me and told me I need to “speak up or say something” if I needed help because she didn’t look up when I tried to make eye contact to acknowledge that I needed assistance and she said I’m standing in the wrong sport and need to speak up… not only was this blond lady at 11:25am at this location rude, inconsiderate, and obnoxious, the only reason I’m giving more than one star is because her coworker recognized how rude I was treated and was very apologetic with the blonde lady’s wordage and tone with a client who had been a customer for roughly a decade. The lady who helped me was very kind, efficient and nice, but the blond lady who was at the short desk on the far right raise when you walk up to the counter to the right of the ATM from the customers perspective. But whoever she was texting was obviously more important than decent customer service. I just don’t understand why or what reason she needed to go out of her way to be rude.

I went there to make a deposit today... I usually bring large deposits. They can never count the money correctly. Usually I recounted and it would be fixed. But today, I was short on money and recounted short. Why the teller kept putting money in the drawl and take it out and put it in when total amount not agreed yet. The short is only $5 and didn't want to make a deposit there. I am so frustrated counting and recounting when I know the total before i go make a deposit. I can't seem to trust the teller to count my money.. dont keep putting money in and of the drawl before the agreed total amount...

48 hours of awful customer service.I’m not really sure what’s going on with the customer service at TWO actual walk-in locations of my once beloved bank, but I’ll give it one more shot before I just move assets to online banking completely and elsewhere. I know people are tired, overworked, pandemic, etc. but the service was almost laughably bad - twice- and may be hilarious one day in the future for me when I’m not pressed for time and trying to conduct business.
