3 times in a 1 week span this 24/7 store has been closed till 5am on my way to work. If it’s open 24/7 it should not be closing for any reason you can see the workers just walking around in side. Waisted time to many times trying to stop and them being closed will be going to speedway across the street from now on

Guy at the self checkout was buying a lot of stuff so I went to the other register the girl working on 3-10-2025 at around 1030 pm tell me to use the self check out so she can stand there and do nothing but stare at us ..I had a pop and a bag of chips....great service🙄

In my life I’ve seen a share of prejudice but this night time manager takes it too far. I watch night after night as a regular customer this man belittle people searching for change and the less fortunate as well as the colored people who appear before the register. He talks about them to the next customer and makes fun. Now today because my transaction was difficult he refused to put the money in my output hand and looked at me and smiled. I called him out and he does what he always does and made a scene. He is an embarrassment to your company circle k. Plainly put and I’m not the only one who feels that way in this town

Midnights they have 3 people working but instead of ringing people out they have self check that always goes down. And then you gotta wait over ten minutes for him to try and get it to work. Instead of them just ringing you out at a register. And the damn thing still doesn't work. You go there for one thing it takes 30 minutes to get out the store. Close self checkout for nights they don't know what they are doing and customers are trying to get in and out not be there forever. Especially when u have 3 people in the store

Crappy attitude by all staff none of them want to work they all stand around talking while you wait at self check out for 10 minutes just to get a pack of cigarettes because "that's not their job you have to use the self check out" from now on I'll be going to speedway, your self check out will be the end of that store even when there is ten people in line the cashier will say you have to use self check out. The store never has hot food, it's dirty, poorly inventoried so they barely have the basics for energy drinks or anything else. Three workers working at 430 AM not a single one was working just standing around with a line at the self check out while they giggle and talk behind the counter not even greeting customers.

Sold me a t-mobile card with no pin number and wouldn't give me my money back. Shame on you! This happened on Monday and now it's Thursday night and they still won't give me my money back. They just keep saying the manager isn't there and they will have the manager call me but so far nothing.

Terrible store. Bad customer service. Never open . They literally closed up at night they should shut all the lights off gas station lights off so people dont waste their time pulling in and instead go across street to speedway. The only advantage to going to circle k is the chime ATM machine. Other than that I dislike going there. The people there are rude. They are going to lose a lot of customers.

Why even have employees when you force customers to use self checkout...... takes way longer and takes away a job. Don't say you care about your community and employees then only have 1 working.... also if your forcing me to use self check out im going to need a w2 since I'm doing your workers job
