man i really like this gas station, i go here all the time. but everytime the people at the check out are just rude and talk to you like you’re stupid. i’ll still keep going but it gets to a point, like gd because im never rude to any of them.

I will admit that I was not in a good frame of mind when I walked in yesterday...which was why I walked in, to get a treat of some kind to lift me up. I got a hot chocolate and Charles, the young man at the register, immediately comped it. He had the kindest smile and such a warm, sincere attitude that it made my eyes well up, considering how I was feeling. Maybe he picked up on it.. Angels walk amongst us.. I won't forget that. Thank you, Charles. You don't know how much better you made me feel. And Circle K...please be good to this young man. Whatever profit you did not get from me yesterday will be multiplied tenfold by returning customers who appreciate his shedding light in their lives.

went in to buy a cheap vape after working a 9 hour shift and the cashier refused to sell it to me because i had a paper id that had a different address than my expired id (god forbid i don't live in the same house i did when i was 16) and because my new id "should've come by now" despite me never receiving it and not having the money to buy a new one because im moving again and would have to change my address on it again. the cashier also tried to say my paper id was expired even though it doesn't expire until 2027. then said she can't sell to me because it's just not right and the addresses aren't the same then said "well it's my right not to sell to you" okay but what's the reasoning? when nothing was wrong with my state issued ID. i have never had a problem with it until now

I have stopped there many times to purchase scratch off lottery tickets. I stopped there on the evening of January 10th. I have a $50 ticket that won $250. As I handed the lady the ticket to cash, I inquired if she had $150 cash as I was going to purchase more tickets for $100. She said she couldn't cash a ticket over $100. I said OK then I'll get $150 of scratch off tickets. Now she said that they don't cash tickets over $100 since mine was for $250 she couldn't cash it even if she only had to give me $100 cash. She said it was store policy. I asked her what to do with it. She said I'd have to find a place to cash it, turned, and walked away. "winners may have their ticket validated and collect their prize from any Ohio Lottery Retailer" on the back of the ticket. You can bet I'll be on the phone tomorrow morning to the lottery office in Akron.

Hello I just left this circle k 5 minutes ago and I’m not even going to lie, there was a lady Theresa who was at the cash register who was the worst customer service agent! She disrespected me and my friend. Dont go here!

The people who work here are amazing. My son is autistic and is really drawn Circle K. When we take him they make a big deal of it and he loves it. He runs around the store yelling “Circle K”. Today he got overwhelmed and had a meltdown but they were super cool about it. It’s his favorite place to visit and I am so touched by how each employee was so welcoming, understanding and loving.

Bought a granola bar from this location, busted my tooth on it looked at the wrapper and it expired August 2021 (9 months ago).

I got $10 in gas there about a week ago he put $150 holder on my card credit card for over four days which is absolutely ridiculous I had bills due could barely put gas in my car and I’m a driver for work that’s absolutely insane to put $150 charge on a car that couldn’t even take $50
