Local bank is normally fine, calling for help with this bank is pointless they're just going to tell you to go to your bank. Don't waste your time.

Great bank till your payment accidentally doesn't go through. I pay in full every month. 1 payment didn't go through and they charge interest for the next 2 months even though paid in full every month. Predatory criminals.

Always friendly and professional. They really strive to learn customers names.The only downfall is the bank closes every day at 4 so you can't get there after work. My husband works till 4 and I work till 5

This is the only bank I have ever been to where they know your name when you walk in the door, and never fail to greet you with a smile and a hello how is your day!! Customer service here is first class bar none, and the account options and other amenities are as good if not better than what I would call Big Box store, or cookie cutter Banks where not only do you not get a smile, most of the time you can't even get service from a human teller unless you want to pay an extra fee.
