We had an excellent experience here while taking our daughters to get their ears pierced. Amazing Customer Service! Everyone is also so friendly when we go in.

Took my 6yr old to get her ears pierced. Kim is absolutely amazing. On top of being so kind and gentle with my daughter, she was also the only one working. She was managing all the people very impressively. Will forever remember her piercing my daughters ears and be grateful for her.

Do not get your child's ears pierced here. My daughter didn't feel right after it was pierced. After a month of having it in she pulled the piercing out with hair and a cotton ball that she said was in there since the piercing. Caused a trip to statcare and a fever. Not sure what protocol is with safety but make sure those piercing guns are sanitary please. She is 15 and I'm happy she old enough to say something and advocate for herself. I won't be going back for anything.

We had my granddaughter's ears pierced at the Belden Village store in North Canton. She's 8 years old and was very scared. It took three trips to the store to get it done. She would have chickened out this evening also had it not been for the skill and incredible patience of the Claire's employee named Robin at the Belden store! Thank you Robin!!!!

Lady that that just answered the phone was extremely rude and was hurting to get me off the phone! Horrible customer service! Will never be back!

Had my kids ears pierced and I think the staff was super. Prices are a little high compared to when I was a kid but I still think it was worth the money.
