This is the best resale store in all of Northeast Ohio. I love all the staff. They are so friendly and they treat me like family. They are very clear on how they do their payouts and they sell excellent quality clothing.

I go to this store once in a blue moon. I bought about a total of 3 to 5 things. So, I had some shoes, brand new, never worn from Just Fab, Shoe Dazzle wedges, a brand new pair of Worthington pumps etc. out of all the shoes and being brand new it was a total of 8, they took 5 pair to be exact they gave me $22 dollars and some change. So, that's about a little over $4. Once I got home and sat down to think about it. I realized I was hustled. N ext time, I think I will donate them to the Salvation Army or Good Will or a church. I sold them to them for practically nothing. For them to turn around and sell them for more. I no they have to make a profit, but common Clothes Mentor, you can do better. I have more stuff but if I'm going to donate them.

The people were really nice here, I didn’t have anything that they were interested in But they were really nice when Explaining to me why they couldn’t take it. And encouraged me to come back. I like how they said “loved” Instead of worn out. That made me smile a little bit. Very nice people I ended up just donating everything. I really like how they Have an option to donate That’s really cool. But it really wasn’t a waste of time I got to donate some clothes for people who can’t afford any. And they went through my stuff really Quickly and efficiently. Really nice People. Kind of sad that They didn’t really want Any of my stuff, but I totally get it because a lot of it was out of style and a little bit worn. And they have to turn a profit Which is understandable. I really did like it there though everyone was nice. I felt really welcomed. I will be back. Also, I wanna talk about like the stuff that they have for sale Which is really really cute. I think I’m gonna go back around my birthday to get a cute birthday outfit Which is later this month. Really nice people I felt very welcomed 10 out of 10

The older lady with the glasses is VERY rude and not friendly. Another employee offered me 29.50 for a $400 BAG! Are you serious?! I was looking around the store and on your social media page advertising Louis, Gucci , and other big designer Brands .. I don’t know how people would sell you those bags with how much you guys low ball people who sell you designer purses! Total scam. You guys probably would have sold the bag I brought in today for $200 at least. I won’t be selling here again. Also the incentive of a $5 GC to Starbucks to get people to sell their designer purses isn’t worth it for what you offer! Ladies you’re better off selling on market place or poshmark!

Very fair with offer when buying items from me earlier. Very fast, had offer in 1 hour! Both ladies were super kind, cheerful and professional. Clean store. I urge ladies to check this store out! Very pleased!

I like the store. I don't live very far and I often bring my things there. They always take something, not much, but I understand that sometimes there are just too many things and they can't take too much. Still, it's better than just throwing away good things! Sometimes I bring the same things later and they take them when they need them. Thank you!

Disappointed with what they took, made sure to have high end brands,Levi and democracy jeans bought this summer and never worn. Like new purse,brand new avia sport bras, sterling earring set.they took one pair of jeans I got at thrift store. I have to drive a ways so not worth it to me. Guess I don't know what they're after. Also was folded neatly as they request but when I got it back was just wadded up.

This place is a joke! (Along with Plato's Closet). Brand new clothes, clean, modern: we would like to take all these items and offer you pennies! That's if they even take any of your items! Maybe they need to say that really they only want high end, name brand items brought it! Last time I waste my time here.

I love shopping and selling here! I have read the 1-star reviews and they are people complaining that Clothes Mentor didn't buy what they were trying to sell. It's not Goodwill; they don't takes everything.
Pro tip: workout clothes are a really great price here! You could buy some leggings at Target for $30 or you could buy here and spend $6-8.

I've read several reviews and there are a lot of negative ones. I agree with them 100%, this place has gotten too uppity. On more than one, occasion I've brought in nicer items than I've seen in the store and they get refused. Ive started taking my items elsewhere.
