I called to get information or see if I qualify and the lady who answered seemed annoyed that I even called. I still never got any answer on how to go about getting any assistance.

After a neighbor told me that this location was doing a food giveaway with a lot of variety I decided to check it out for myself. All of volunteers were very friendly and they actually did have a nice selection to choose from, including meat. I would suggest bringing several boxes or bags to carry your food in.
