Horrible store employees, you’ll wait forever just for someone to attend to you.

This pharmacy is a long and frustrating experience at best and a complete disaster at worst. My husband picked up a refill for me today and luckily there was only about a half an hour wait for the drive through pick up. At one point within the past year the wait for my epilepsy medication (pretty necessary, you know) was so long I had the prescription transferred to a pharmacy in another state where my parents lived, my Mom picked it up and mailed it to me, which was faster than getting it here. I'm willing to tolerate some occasional delays for reflux meds or even an extra puffer, but I need brain meds to get to me promptly - no meds means a potential seizure, which means at least 6 months of no driving. I understand that controlled medications are complicated by many regulations, but I have had difficulty with some prescriptions here that were not previously a problem. I transferred those scripts to the CVS on Lincolnway in Massillon, where I do not have the same issues. I have not shopped the retail part of this CVS and thus cannot comment on that. I believe that the pharmacy staff are doing there best, but have a nearly unmanageable amount of customers, which is going to lead to delays with service. This is not a bad pharmacy and you will get what you need there, but if there is a pharmacy within your insurance plan that is closer to your house or maybe where you work, I would investigate that as another option simply because of the amount of traffic at this location.

In the last two month this pharmacy is an absolute disaster more than a month behind on prescriptions, none of the mailing services work anymore through the app. They have turned their good drive through window into covid testing so you have to go to the outside window and send everything back and forth through the shoot, which takes three times longer.
