12:43pm I called the pharmacy and spoke the rudest man I have talked to in quite awhile. It's blood pressure medication, Dude, not a Schedule 1 Narcotic.Maybe tone down the attitude, especially when it was someone in your pharmacy that made the error on inactivating the rx. That's okay. I resolved the issue and I moved my subscription to far better pharmacy.

For over a year and a half my dog has been on insulin for his diabetes. CVS refused to sell me the syringes for his insulin because I did not have a prescription for insulin. I pointed out that Novolin N (the insulin he is on) does not require a prescription. I showed them a picture on my phone of the insulin since I have it so that I always get the right one. I quoted the prices for the insulin (it's around $150 at this location, $25 at Walmart). I explained his dosage and diet and even though I had all this information, they still refused to sell me his syringes. Thank God for the kind pharmacist at Walgreens who sold me what I needed as well as the Sharps container for the used needles (which I also had in hand at the other two pharmacies, pretty certain junkies aren't buying Sharps containers). I understand that there is a heroin epidemic, but is it really ok to just assume that the person trying to purchase medical supplies is a user and not the person he claims to be, especially when all the evidence points to the legitimate story he is telling you?

This pharmacy is great kind and very professional . They also educate you about your various medications and the side affects which is very helpful. Definitely 5 a star serving pharmacy in the immediate Canton Ohio area.

Friendly store, not my usual one, but that one had my prescription on permanent backorder? This one is so busy and efficient, I can't believe it! Pleasure to come into this store. Folks ask if you need anything, make sure you have what you need. Great customer service!

They make a billing mistake that could cause great problems for me when I warned them up front. When I try to explain the situation I get an attitude "yes I know!" from some...woman at the counter. I could deal with the mistake but not the attitude.
