Stopped by Pharmacy, and they were servicing someone at 1:59 PM. They told me they were going to lunch and I would have to come back at 2:00 PM. There were at least 6 employees working there, maybe having different lunch shifts to maintain it being open for customer service? Will be switching Pharmacy after pickup!

Worst pharmacy service, was unwilling to verify insurance on life saving insulin with new plan coverages. Used understaffing as an excuse to not help a diabetic in need of expensive medication.

Hey cvs, when did it become "Policy" that I couldn't add-on a couple store items with my prescription purchase. Used to be able to do that. Like I really want to make 2 transactions and stand in 2 lanes just and additional item or two. Do better !!!

I hate cvs there seems to always be an issue here when we get our prescriptions filled and it's not just once in awhile it's legitimately every time and the pharmacy employees are rude they get smart and then smile and walk away when you ask to speak with the supervisor/pharmacist and then the pharmacist when asked wouldn't provide the rude employees name or corporate phone number so I found myself on google and called and made a complaint the employee was so rude my children asked me why the lady was being so rude and nasty stay away from this pharmacy at all cost

This place will never be even 1 star. The pharmacist on 11/24/24 is so lazy that she never answered or returned Walgreens pharmacist calls to transfer a prescription that they could not fill for 3 days. I called in the morning and she never called back. I went there and she lied to me that Walgreens never called her while I was there at Walgreens listening on speaker phone. Then one of her tecs went and checked a confirmed the 5 calls with detailed messages. Her arrogance combined with her incompetence really shows that she is uncaring and maybe dangerous

What is going on at this pharmacy! Rude staff, it takes 3 days to get important prescriptions filled, the pharmacist is so arrogant. Good customers service non excistant these days. Also, why is the drive thru always closed due to short staff but when you come inside and wait in the half hour long line, you see the staff is the same number they always are when the drive thru is open. Just lazy!

There is a absolutely no way to quickly get a hold of them by phone. Bad place to get prescriptions if you are on monthly. Medications.

0 stars if I could. My family & I are coming from Rite Aid. I had a few of our new prescriptions E-script to CVS & it's been nothing but problems with getting our medications correctly filled. Calling them takes you to voicemail & them calling you back is rare. I can't use the app on certain meds so talking to a live person is crucial. CVS is 24 hrs so that's the only reason why I went there. Now Walgreens on W Tusc in Perry is open 24hrs & has two of Rite Aids night time pharmist there (😊). Walgreens has all of mine & my family'med history that Rite Aid sent over. Screw CVS!!! The owner of CVS's need to get it together! An app can only do so much & there techs can only do so much. The techs/pharmist are so overloaded that they can't get things right as they did before Rite Aid closed (I miss my W Tusc Rite Aid). Try Walgreens especially if you were a nightly West Tusc Rite Aid customer (Jim & Brandon are there now)

Don’t use this pharmacy people, they are giving people prescriptions to other customers, they are not organized they told my mother that someone picked up her medication on 9/2 nobody picked up her medicine they gave it to someone else Monday was Labor Day and we were at home the whole day nobody left, so with that being said they are being reported and we are having our prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. Now my mother is without her bp pills

DO NOT FILL PRESCRIPTIONS HERE!!!
Almost every time I fill my meds here they will not be ready for days. Way past when they say it will be ready and I end up coming back several times before I can get them, then wait 20-60 minutes in line just to find out they are not ready and have to come back AGAIN. The app doesn't work at all, constantly says on hold even though I will call and they are ready to be filled anyways. WORST OF ALL, they straight up lie to your face. I take Clozapine for my Schizoaafective Disorder and I cannot go without it. I have blood work done every month as it is required to have it filled because severe neutropenia is a possible complication. So I had the bloodwork done, and I had my provider send it to CVS. I called CVS pharmacy on 2210 Tusc st. directly, they say "oh yes we got your bloodwork, we will fill your Clozapine and have it ready by tomorrow." Today (3 days later) I drive out to the pharmacy to pick up my Clozapine, despite being the only person in line, after waiting 20+ minutes they tell me: "OH WE NEVER GOT YOUR BLOODWORK YOUR CLOZAPINE WAS NEVER FILLED". wtah. I am considering switching back to walgreens. The only thing holding me back is that the transfer process is such a pain in the *ss.

Bad experience every time. Very rude and inconsiderate attitudes. Slow service, recieved 2 text messages that my prescriptions were ready so I waiting in the drive through with my two young kids. When I get to the window the second time they tell me again that it's not ready and they don't care what my phone says.
