I recently had an issue with a prescription (high cost) and the pharmacy personnel were extremely kind, concerned and helpful.

Is there a reason you can’t get anyone on the phone?

My family warned me not to use this CVS due to past experiences. I learned why today. Had to facilitate several different calls in a post surgery haze because the pharmacist on staff decided that resident doctors no longer get to sign scripts. The original call to let me know this was done when I was still under anaesthesia. My surgeron said residents are certified to be able to sign on perscriptions, but guess we all have to heed the word of the pharmacist.
Got out of surgery at 3 pm, haven't been able to get my perscription sorted out yet at 8pm so there's a chance I spend the night in pain. But at least my surgeron's off hours are being spent trying to call the pharmacy only to get voice mail, right?
Great job, Fulton CVS. Wasting everybody's time.

Had multiple issues with prescriptions not being filled at the right amount and having to call back and wait on it. Not very friendly either.

If there is ever a problem, just ask for help or a supervisor, and they'll gladly fix the issue. Especially with coupons and the CVS coupon app problems. These have been my experiences so far. Compare prices because quite a few items I saw much cheaper very nearby. Like, $3-$8 dollars cheaper.

I have never had much issues other then things not being filled on time. Today i had a billing issue and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and very unprofessional.

Never go to the minute clinic here. Provider took my insurance but failed to inform me I was out of network. Charged $130 for a flu vaccine months after.

Drive through option is pointless when you're in line for a hour

As a healthcare professional this place is a disappointment. I transferred my prescription here because the Rite Aid closed down. I received a text message that both of my prescriptions were ready. I drive 25 mins and when I get there, the incredibly rude employee at the drive thru stated only one was ready and to come back after lunch for the other one (it was 12:45 and they get back from lunch after 2:30). She was very unprofessional. I will not be going back and I hope this saves others from wasting their time with this pharmacy. I guess after further review of the reviews I am not the only one that thinks this place is a joke.

Poor experience with pharmacist Hubert Rowan. I get people have to do their jobs and there are rules to follow, but a little empathy and compassion goes a long way…ESPECIALLY when dealing with children with debilitating and chronic diseases. I was thoroughly unimpressed in his manner, as was my son’s palliative care doctor who also spoke to him. Do better.

The pharmacist refuses my migraine medication. She not knowing my medical history has decided take my migraine medication too often. It is neither an opiate or narcotic. Since esophageal cancer with esophagectomy its the only rx keeping from a full blown migraine and projectile vomiting that would harm the esophagectomy. My insurance approves it and my doctor who knows my medical history approves it.

Great customer service, I am partial to CVS due to their customer service, and good product availability. The CVS supplements are 3rd party testing for quality!

2 employees saw me waiting at the checkout, but didn't bother to tell the person responsible for manning the register. I had to go looking for someone to check me out.

Very nice CVS with a great Minute Clinic. Prompt and professional and got my meds within 10 mins.
