On the way back to surgery for wisdom tooth extraction, was asked if we were taking out two or all four. Unsettling that they didn’t know. Unclear communication/organization among admin portion of the practice. Called to say they still hadn’t received X-rays weeks after I had hand delivered them. AFTER my daughter was under anesthesia, they went over the billing. Person said, “They went over this with you during the consult?” No. No they did not. Charged me for an hour of anesthesia when she was under for 30 minutes, but since they started billing from the time they walked in the room (not the time they put her under) they clocked it as 44 minutes - and I had to ask them to adjust off the surplus billing. Do not recommend. Unorganized, and potentially unethical. (“Potentially” because I don’t know if they would have adjusted off the surplus billing on their own, but they did not give the impression that they would have.)

All the staff here are awesome! The Dr. Is excellent. Recommend for you dental needs.

All went well. Staff very courteous and helpful. Doctor very thorough. Only problem was long wait to get in to have a tooth pulled.

They try to get more money than what is needed out of people ! I didn't even need X-rays and they claim to have found other issues not knowing I can full understand and read X-rays they tried to get other work to be done I refused and they were all very pushy and rude and no one introduced themselves names or titles I do t even think it was a real dentist maybe a dental hygienist the real dentist came in said yes ti the treatment and left they still charged my insurance and made me get x rays I didn't even need the. They down talked the dentist that did. H previous work that did a wonderful job for way less than ohio would have ! It would take years to fix your teeth here in Ohio because they try and prolong treatments and find stuff that doesn't even exist in your mouth ti get more money out of you and your insurance company I think it's insurance fraud to charge for an X-ray that a patient didn't even need it or want it all they needed was a simple re bond ! They were very pushy and not very friendly at all and had nothing nice to say like they hated their jobs !! I specified I did not want an X-ray and didn't need one they forced me to do one anyway all I needed was a rebond on one single tooth then the hygienist was very rough and hurt my gums she flossed it four hard times until it bled ! Like they were mad that I only needed one simple thing done and didn't want any other services ! I thought it was for emergency services anyway all I needed was one veneer re bonded perfect condition ! I can read and understand billing codes and medical terminology and read X-rays ! If I didn't want it re bonded immediately I would have walked out but I needed it done asap ! While there they tried ti come up with 15 other things that need done that didn't exist !

Cane for a cleaning, left with more pain. Came to canton dental works after having great experiences at the Medina one. Unfortunately was not met with the same quality. During my cleaning it felt very rushed and impersonal. When the dentist came in to check a tooth I had sensitivity with it felt like he Barely even checked my teeth. I frequently have cavities and told them this they did not even check for any. The next day a spot became very sore on my gums and formed what I can only assume is a bruise. I left the dentist with more pain then I came in with and now will be finding a different dentist to check out the the spot on my gums they caused to become bruised.

Recent personnel changes there have been such a welcomed change. Everyone is friendly, professional and kind. Hygienist Amber is amazing and my children actually look forward to their cleanings now. Highly recommend this location

My husband has been a patient for over year, receiving deep cleanings. Last week they canceled his appointment and rescheduled for today. After X-rays, the “ dentist” walked in and didn’t introduce himself and told my husband they couldn’t clean his teeth until he had “ $700 “ worth of unnecessary work that he didn’t need. Clearly, from other reviews this is their new way of business. Shame on them!

Having been terrified of dentist but having a horrible toothache calling around took courage. Another dentist I called recommended I call here. They got me in for a first look very quickly. They were very aware I was terrified and never made me feel that way. Went back today to get the tooth causing the issue removed and I can honestly say that was a very calm experience.
I actually made a follow up appointment in a few weeks so we can look at fixing the rest of my issues.
If you are terrified or anxious about dentist try going here it might change your mind. It definitely did mine.
