A nice relic of the past, but the best malls are probably on borrowed time. I don't see how big box retail is going to last even another decade with modern futuristic trends. Even in strong formally bulletproof markets it's still a question mark.

Been years since being in Dillard's..Really a nice store, clothes, accessories are outstanding..Prices are up there yet quality and look is great. Shame not more people shopping. See people yet no bags so more walking than buying. Looking forward to going back..Nice Store..

I went yesterday to get some new bras. I have been looking for new ones and having a horrible time finding any. I went to Dillards and Beth helped me. She is beyond amazing!! She did a bra fitting and made sure they fit properly. It was one of the best retail experiences I've had!! Beth truly cares about making people happy and that they have the right size. She even had to order me one due to a size mix up. I will go no where else to get bras!!
Ladies if you are having difficulty finding good bras, go to Beth in the bra department at Dillards!!!

i used to love working here but unfortunately i fell under my sales and got my pay cut to $11 and had to quit. store went downhill quickly in my short 8 months.

Jim helped my brother and I in the men‘a dress pant area. He was a very kind, respectable, chill, awesome guy. He helped my brother find the pair of pants he is wearing on Easter Sunday. Never had better service than this! 10/10

Went to Dillard's in Canton for a formal dress for my twin daughters. Huge selection on the second floor prices were decent and staff very helpful and attentive.

This store is aesthetically pleasing, I love how they kept all of 70s Higbee’s aesthetics in this building! This has to be one of my favorite Dillard’s store ever.

Good experience. Staff is very professional and helpful. Very expensive store, though. One can find most items three times cheaper at other stores. But thank you for being so helpful.

They did not have the model we were looking for but the young chap was, kind, gracious and helpful, well dressed and mannerly in housewares. Store very clean and well stocked.
