I live about a mile from this store so I go out of convenience and they are eWIC certified. So late day milk runs for my toddler often find us here. The store itself is great. Clean, well organized, always stocked up. However, I have issues at check out every single time I go. None of the cashier's ever seem to know what they're doing when there's a problem and just say, we are supposed to be getting new systems. Then when there is a problem the cashier's give you an attitude and act like you're the one behind the register. I had a manager ask me, Well do you have 4.99 to pay for it? After the register wouldn't ring up green beans on my WIC card. I just ran a WIC card and purchased all WIC items. No, I am not spending five Dollars because you don't want to do your job. I just cannot stand the lack of customer service because they refuse to update their system. Just get the new system you keep promising already!

They had the right dose of Mounjaro we needed and we checked everywhere. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful

Friendly and fast pharmacy folks. Only had a few times where I’ve showed up for a prescription refill and their call in system didn’t relay the refill message to them. Hopefully, that gets fixed.

I went into your pharmacy a couple of weeks ago to get some over the counter antifungal treatment at the suggestion of my doctor. He didn’t warn me that there are thousands of antifungal treatments to choose from. I asked your pharmacist with red hair and she helped me choose the right one with the best price. My feet want me to thank her. A lot. Big difference.

Awful pharmacy customer service! If I could give 0 stars, I would.I went into this location looking for a particular item (BD needle clipper). The pharmacist was not familiar with it and in telling me she did not know what I was talking about, she was amused as if I made it up. I went to my car to get my phone, went back into the pharmacy and showed her a picture of the item. She said she never saw it there and advised they have sharps containers. She took me to where the containers are located, said, "and there are the clips" then walked away.From a customer service perspective, at least, pretend to check when a customer asks for an "imaginary" product. Also, an insincere apology ("I'm sorry, I did not realize we had these") would have been appropriate.

Above and beyond every time! After driving 14 hours in one day to make it before closing, my dogs prescription was filled in a very timely fashion so he didn’t miss a dose and have a seizure, most reliable and friendly pharmacy in town and we’ll never go anywhere else.

Very disappointed at this establishment. I frequent this store, however today one of the employees chose to cuss at me, not to me, at me. I did not appreciate the managers response either. Signs need to be posted about things that are not common knowledge if there is such a strict policy about it. But above all, your employees have no business insulting customers.

Alan White! Same! I came here to leave a review about my checkout experience, which seems to be the same as yours.I have one arm in a sling, and was already struggling to hold three 2-liter bottles of soda. Sure, I could've gotten a cart I suppose, but that's not the issue.Only one register was open, as well as the tobacco counter. Two people were at that register, so I got behind the one woman being rung up at the actual register that was open. S-L-O-W cashier. So I watched the two people that had been in line at the other counter check out and leave. I almost decided to change lines, but that clerk just wandered away instead of calling other shoppers over.To my absolute fury, a clerk was found somewhere, and opened another register. Instead of calling for 'next in line, I'll take you on register 3' everyone from the back of my line hurried over to that newly opened register, and two of them got checked out and left before I did, even though I'd been waiting longer. I nearly threw the soda bottles on the floor out of frustration.DO BETTER, DDM. I love your store, but for God's sake, train your cashiers!

This store has everything, just about. No furniture or major appliances, yet. LOL. They even have produce. 1 can even get perfectly ripe bananas for banana bread, on sale. It's clean. And the store associates are always very friendly and helpful.

When you see multiple customers in line that have been waiting for up to 10 minutes, don't you think it's time to open another register? The ineptness at the front midday is mind blowing. I've also been in line with THREE items in my hands and watched customers cut in front me with full carts as the cashiers notice and don't say a word. I've left my things up at the front on multiple occasions and just walked out because of the ignorance. Be better Drug Mart!
