Definitely would not shop here, EVER. I came here to get diapers an wipes for my kids per usual weekly visit, as normal, I walked in I was greeted with hello by Kim west (store associate) I then said hello back, as I started walking towards the diapers and I was shouted out “excuse me sir, you can’t shop here anymore! We have a video of you stuffing your pockets with merchandise!” I reply “you’re crazy! I’m no thief”
and I asked for the manager I was told no an that I need to leave an Kim west said she’s supposed to call 911 if I shop there so I called the police an made a police report for false accusations an my fiancé also went into the store to confront Kim west and try to resolve the confusion, she was told to leave too an was was confronted with a racial slur was told she’s a biracial white women very unprofessional. A investigation should be done I wonder if Kim west (steals) from her own store a then blames people to cover her butt… never shopping here again smh. Further investigation being pursued. This is the dollar general off Whipple

Stopped by this location to pick up items for work. Purchased $50 worth of merchandise. Cashier told me she was out of receipt paper and needed to change it out. After changing, could not print my receipt. As this was for work, I needed it. Was told by their ‘management’ that if any items needed to be returned that i could ‘stop by and ask for her’ to return them?? Then immediately after told that since no receipt was printed, there’s no record of the transaction so no items could be returned. EVEN THOUGH I HADN’T LEFT THE STORE. Absolutely ridiculous will never return to this location.

Worst DG. they’re NEVER open, always a note on the door that says they’re closed because they don’t have staff yet there’s 3 of them inside. everytime they are open they’re outside smoking.

Terrible service. My fiance goes down every other day to see if they have watermelon mtw and they never do have it. It's been about a month or longer and he is about to give up going there cause they never have want he wants. He would even ask the people who work there and they would always say sorry we don't have any

Most workers act like your bothering them when you ask question. The one cashiers hair was so greasy, filled with dandruff, and def wasnt brushed or washed for weeks. Even with Plexiglas they have up the bo was unbearable. The manager seems ok but needs to tell workers to look little more presentable. They never check and make sure you take all your bags. I lost a lot of money bc the people after me took the bags. And I have came home with tons of stuff that wasn't mine bc of other peoples stuff left behind. I did get free cigarettes though. She rang up 3 I told her there were 5 packs and she said it can be our secret. Normally I would of not let it slide. But when they put me on hold for 20 mins when I was in parking lot and not one customer was in store I figured we were even bw that and the smell I had to endure checking out.
