I bought a DVD from this store. DVD did not play all the way on my player it just froze up. I took it back for a exchange for the very same movie so I could watch it all the thru. I had the receipt and the DVD without the sleeve that it came in. Manger refused to make a exchange not a refund, but she came up with a secenio of how doesn't she know that I didn't have a family night watching the movie and just watching the movie and bringing it back to get a refund. I did not ask for a refund just a exchange to watch the whole movie. This manager lost a customer over a $8.00 DVD. She also mentioned that it was up to the vendor to do the refund

Worst dollar general on planet earth. This store decided it’s hours whenever they want and will be closed sometimes at 10 sometimes at 12 and some times at 2. You never know when they will re open. And when they are open good luck finding someone to check you out.

Never open even during regular business hours you will see workers inside and lights on but Doors are locked and they won't answer phone

Quite literally the worst dollar general in the area. They are open maybe a few hours a day then when they are open the shelves aren't stocked.

The 12th Street store had aisle shelves empty, and stock was still on the carts to be put on shelves. One aisle, you couldn't even go down because it was blocked on one end, and items were on the floor at the other end
