Rob was immaculate. The level of service provided and attention to detail was unheard-of. He was always right there to help us with whatever we needed, made fantastic suggestions based on body autonomy and overall appearance. I've never had this level of customer service before. Whatever you're paying him, it isn't enough! 100/10 will be back, because of Rob!

Everytime I go into DXL I am always greeted with a huge smile by usually Rob or his other employees. They are very helpful and friendly there finding me whatever I need. I tell them the occasion and they show me what they got and recommend. Rob even sewed the button back onto my shirt for me that fell off. Great service!

I visited the DXL Big + Tall store around November 2023 to get a shirt for my wedding. The thin gentleman who assisted me was friendly and helpful. The store itself was clean, and I found the layout to be well organized for browsing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in search of clothing for people who are tall in both directions ;)
