Promptly greeted, welcoming staff. Allowed time to browse the store, before asking if we needed help. Nice size store and good variety to choose from.Online shopping is easy, but I loved being able to shop in the store and see and feel the quality of the items!

I've been going to DXL for years, and the service is always amazing. Today I was even more impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of this stores staff. They were engaging with all customers, helpful and knowledgeable. This store is a little out of my way, but I'll make a point to come here from now on.

I just had one of the best shopping experiences that I have ever had! There is a gentleman by the name of Rob that works there that was so helpful and so kind. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for big or tall clothes!
