This is to the Canton store on Whipple Ave. The product was outstanding. That was not the issue. The issue is the lady running the operation. Got home on Thursday, called her about 2 orders we had placed on line for Same Day Delivery. It was about 5:30. I decided to call to follow up delivery. At first she alluded to the fact she could not get it delivered today. I told her they need to take it off their web site. I asked to speak to her superior and she said she did not have one. I then told her if that order was was not delivered today I would not order from you again. Attitude suddenly changed and she said she would get an Uber to deliver that same day. I was texted almost immediately that the orders would show up around 6:25. They were going to 2 of my neighbors as a Thank You.. One was across the street and one was next door. It was raining. I watched Uber go to both houses and got no answers and left them outside in the rain. I called both neighbors the next day to confirm they got them. they both said the rain had washed off who they were from and they were glad I called so they knew where they came from. The Uber driver left them in the rain on the porches. All he had to do was take 10 more steps to my house which was on the order if no one was answering. I suggest Edibles look into their employee. ordered 2 platters for family. One in PA - Choc Indulgence. One in OH - Holly Jolly. I called OH store & asked if BOTH had same AMOUNT of fruit? Was told "yes, snowman replaces grapes" I left order as is. When OH order arrv'd , it WAS NOT the same amount of fruit! Missing 4-6 strawberries. Called the store & Corp Customer Service. Both said I got what I ordered. Very disappointed & embarrassed for our family! Will NEVER order again!

I purchased the 6 balloon bouquet and added the birthday cake popcorn for my husband’s birthday. We received the beautiful package, but when we opened the popcorn we discovered it smelled horrible. We looked at the best by date and it was 12/28/22. I’m so glad we smelled it before eating it or feeding it to our little boys I sent a message to the store and when Becca (from the Canton, Ohio store) called me back she said they’d only reimburse me for the popcorn. I thought that was a poor compensation for selling a spoiled “gourmet” product. I will not be a returning customer and would not recommend this to anyone.

Annoyed! I placed my order online the night before for 2 sympathy arrangements. Added a clear note of what card 1and card 2 should say. Got my email that my order was ready the following morning. Great! Went to the store to pick up my order and the girl came out with only 1 arrangement. When I stated I ordered 2 she said let me check and went to the back. After 5 minutes of nothing I popped my head back and asked if there was a problem. They said the second one never got made. It was an oversight. Ok I get it but also no apology. I then look at the card of the first one and it says card 1 then my note and card 2 and my note. What the heck. I was very clear there were 2 arrangements ordered and paid for along with 2 notes and you don’t need to put card 1 and 2 so the family can see it??? After bringing that to her attention she acts annoyed but says she can reprint them. After another 15 minutes my other arrangement comes out. No apology again for the mistake. Just have a great day to hurry me out of the store. I have never had a problem with this location before I I understand mistakes. That being said please communicate with the customer, apologize and please check the order and use a little common sense. I feel like customer service is a thing of the past :(

I ordered a basket for Christmas and I was so pleased with how it turned out . Katie took my order and she was so friendly and helpful and answered any questions I had . I have ordered twice in the past and have never had a bad experience . I would recommend them to anyone !!
