I recently visited their home store with my big brother Johnny Howard and memories flooded my brain as I spoke with Rick Gattuso about old times. Friendly, well stocked, extremely versatile items at great prices. I wish I would have had more cash to spend as I collected the gear and a t shirt on the way out the door! “This cricket location is the best!! It's a new location it moved from 30th st plaza to east 62 plaza the new address is 2128 Columbus Road NE Canton, OH 44705. I had Melissa she is the new manager and she has manged to make the phone buying experience one to remember. I normally have buyers remorse not after visiting this store and meeting Melissa who is the absolute best. Not to mention as I was leaving a customer was walking in and I learned Melissa also speaks Spanish so she is truly there to help everyone. And not only was my experience at the store was great the service is the best I've ever had compared to boost and metro. “Tabatha is a LIFE SAVER. We went in for a device protection reason and then all found out I was good for an upgrade. Well she said that it was completely my choice. Wasn’t pushy, nothing. Just straight up with me. The main reason I was looking for a different phone was cause of the charging port hardly ever working. She took it and cleaned it out and got a lotttt of metal out of it. She had worked on it for at least 10 minutes. I’m a welder so it makes sense for the metal to be in there. Now, minding you I have taken this phone to Cell Doc in BV Mall 3-5 times for a cleaning. Paying $20 each time. Still same issue. Even had it done the same day that Tabatha cleaned it. She made it work just like a brand new phone. She is super nice and a great team member of T-Mobile. I’ll definitely be going to see her for any other needs! Thanks Tab!!”

“We went in store for 1 phone and the store manager Zachary informed us that we could actually get 2 lines for the same price we were getting at our old company. Zachary was very informed and helpful. Not to mention his cheerful demeanor set us up for a fantastic day. I can tell he has been there for a while because he managed to get all of our stuff transferrd and new phones working in less than 30 minutes! Can’t rave enough about this location and its employees.”
“Wow I walked in on a very irate customer from another store. The guy was able to diffuse the whole situation. He clearly explained why he couldn't help but told her what to say at her home area store. It was impressive.
After that he helped me cancel a line that I tried to cancel at MY home store and on 611. He was kind enough to take time to walk me thru the whole call. I really appreciated that, especially after being bounced around by the others.”

“The night shift manager” around 3:40am loudly asked me if I was deaf because she assumed I didn’t greet her back when coming into the store.
When I asked for her name when the other employee rang me out I let her know I am indeed partially deaf; Immediately she told me she had every right to ask me if I was deaf because I didn’t answer her , and that I was in the wrong.”
