The vehicle reeked of cigarette smoke and cheap air freshener to the point that it made me vomit. The seatbelt was nearly ripped in half. They gave me the car with a quarter tank of gas and I returned it with a half tank yet I was still charged for the remainder of the tank so I didn’t even get my full deposit back. Never again will I use Enterprise.

Pretty decent people. They’ve always answered when I called. Extending rental times has been easy and staff have been kind and helpful.

They assume that if you rent from them that you are going to steal the cars?? I was under the impression that renting cars was their business and top priority, seems they like the cars to stay on the lot to admire them maybe now all the cars will stay their for them to admire and with no profits they will end up like hertz. So sad 😞

Rude, and don’t care about figuring out the problem, I will never go to these ppl again you do all the work then they don’t care if insurance is involved, instead of getting to bottom of problem, I will not recommend this place to anyone nor do business here again, attitude was completely unacceptable!

Enterprise on Market Street, downtown Canton is a great place to rent a car. Staff always willing to help. Very professional. Staff has great sense of humor. They care. Top notch. Down-to-earth. 👌
