My mom’s phone just randomly stopped powering on. I was googling some repair shops and this one caught my eye especially with the reviews. I drove a little out of my way based on reviews to get the best service I could. When I arrived they were super nice and very honest. They tried a new battery but it happened to be the mother board which would be better off to replace the phone instead of the price for the mother board and Jermaine if I spelled his name incorrectly I apologize but he was phonomenal and very up front and honest. I was there around an hour or so and after the diagnosis and after trying the new battery he did not charge me and was happy to tell me the honest truth about the diagnosis. I definitely appreciate the honesty and I definitely believe they go above and beyond to help their customers! I am very pleased with the service! Thank you for being so honest and up front. I recommend this Jermaine and his services to anyone and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer with any future repairs needed.

Rarely do you see customer service like this business, extremely knowledgeable, gave me several options, repaired my iPad at a reasonable price, came back like new and in record time. I highly recommend this business.

Absolutely phenomenal in every way, Jermaine went way above and beyond my expectations and made the experience absolutely seamless for replacing a siezed hinge on an old laptop that could have cost thousands to replace..... Jermaine again I can't thank you enough .... anyone needing tech support pc repair etc come here for an out of this world experience

Called about my iPhone not taking a charge, was able to come right in and get it cleaned. Works perfectly now. This place is fantastic, guy that cleaned it was real nice and had it cleaned in 5 minutes. Will definitely be back if anything happens in the future.

Took my iPhone 12 in yesterday because my charging port wasn’t working. I thought I needed a new one, however, Jermaine said it’s probably just dusty on the inside. All he did was clean out my port and adjust my pins and it works perfectly fine now! He even told me I didn’t have to pay for it and if I just pass out his business cards, he’d call it even. Appreciate their business and dedication.

My iPad Pro wasn’t charging after trying multiple chargers and cables. I thought I would need to replace a port and have paid for the service. Instead, they tested the device and gave me another solution including a better charger. The iPad is charging now for a fraction of what I planned to pay. They are fair, helpful and honest.

I recently contacted them about upgrading my computer and they told me that mine was too old and not worth upgrading I told them I mainly use my iPhone so I just wanted a home computer for paying bills and printing. I’m going to make it short they got me a 300.00 computer later found out my monitor wasn’t compatible so for 70.00 they got me a monitor the amazing thing about this is the manager Germane drove to my house twice in the same day and made sure everything was connected and working properly at no additional charge this kind of service almost doesn’t exist today I highly recommend them

I took my MacBook Pro to have the sound on the right side fixed. When I picked it up today there’s a nice dent on the laptop. I told Jason this dent was not there and he immediately went into defense mode, asking me :”why would I put a dent in your Mac”? I took my MacBook Pro there to get it fixed and got it back worse than what I took itIn for. This place need’s to held accountable for their errors! I will contact the BBB!

I went into Experimax in Canton Ohio to have a right speaker replaced in my MacBook Pro. I picked it up today and there's a sizable dent on my Mac Pro. Jason immediately became defensive and said: "Why would I put a dent in your MacBook Pro ". I have pictures proving there was no dent before I dropped it off to them. This company needs to be held accountable for their errors. I am contacting the BBB! I am not a reviewer, just a customer who feels that were not given the truth about what happened to my MacBook Pro. I tried to say to you in your store this dent was not there when I bought it in. I have proof pictures that are dated and time stamped to show this dent was not there.

Wow! Is all I can say! This marks the second time I have come to this store for assistance and they know their stuff (in my opinion) better than the Apple Store directly! Personable, friendly, professional, and very fair prices! Thank you guys for everything!
