Rude service. Does not provide printed receipt and does not inform of that before accepting package. Was very rude when I asked for package back after realizing they wouldn't give me a printed receipt. Do not recommend going here for high value returns if you need more proof than a brief text message. Will not be back.

Don't use fedex the delivery process is horrible. They tell you one thing and then do something else, then blame you!
