Took an already labeled box from Cleveland clinic in. All I did was place the medical device inside and the women at the counter belittled me that I was dumb enough to use an express box for ground, kept saying she would do it this once. After I told her that’s a Cleveland clinic problem i have no idea. Said it again. Just this once we will take it. I took the box from her which she didn’t want to give up. And said I’ll be back with the proper box and label. Zero understanding that I have no idea, I just did what the medical office said. Instead of offering me the proper box or label. Just that this once they will do me a favor, no thanks. I’ll get you the proper box. I use usps and this is why.

Ordered a part online, received the incorrect part. FedEx delivered. Started the return through the company and brought in to send back to company for a refund. FedEx wants 50% of the cost of the item to return it. I've never experienced this situation in over 20 years of online shopping. Unacceptable and will not be using FedEx in the future. (They would have accepted the return if I hadn't opened the box, which makes no sense.)

I wanted to print a flyer for an event. FedEx cut the bottom off of the flyer. When I pointed out the error, they told me they could redo the flyer if I had my file, because they no longer had the file. This was the next day (they got rid of the file in less than 24 hrs). So, I asked for a refund, and they gave me 70% back. I spent 2 hours of my life and $50 to get nothing from FedEx. Won't be back!

I will never go in this place again. The manager there (blond woman) is one of the rudest and unhelpful people I have ever met. I was dropping of a package that had to be 2-day shipped and I was 1 minute late for the 5pm deadline and she would not post it for that day. I was watching the inside drop box that was supposed to be picked up at 5pm and no one picked it up. she could have easily scanned it for me so I could drop it in the box. She couldn't even tell me where there was a drop box open late. That's some great customer service!

Excellent service! Needed some handbooks printed, and they turned out perfectly! I mostly talked with Michelle, who was so kind and helpful during every step of the process, from the initial quote, explaining how to format the documents, and making sure everything was to our liking at the end. The print process was surprisingly quick as well! Highly recommend for print jobs small and large.

I sent a pkg for Overnight delivery to IL. It never was delivered. Instead I received a variety of excuses from “it was the wrong address” to nobody picked it up” to “it was sent to security” all of were pass-the-buck. It was sent to Tenn. with a new tracking no. And forwarded to an Overgoods dept. I have called a dozen different phone numbers and talked to a dozen different people. Received 3 different case numbers and left messages every where I could and still the pkg has not been returned to me and it’s the 7th of Jan.

Thanks to FedEx and Michelle who skillfully guided me through the process to print an old family document which I had loaded on a fire stick. I can't wait to gift them to my cousins this Christmas! Thanks Michelle for your patience and caring.

Best store in canton, Brian is super nice and helpful we feel so welcomed and well treated , Cherokee was also helpful, I don’t know name of other lady and guy, but entire staff is supportive and kind, love this store best wishes
I often go there for returns, recently went for passport pics and print outs, did mail too using prepaid label, for all kind of work perfect store

I was seeking overnight shipping service of a firearm and was greeted by two very negative and apathetic employees who looked for every reason in the book to NOT help me. They were so quick to say no before they even knew the facts of the shipment. The customer service at this location was appalling. I went down the road to a UPS store where they gladly helped me.

3 cheers for Bill! While printing a post card for a client, Bill was more than helpful making sure everything printed as needed. When some adjustments needed to be made he was quick to provide a solution, sent me the proofs, and double checked the sizing to ensure it was all correct. There’s truly no better customer service out there. If I could give him 1,000 starts I would!

FedEx print shop and shipping. Convenient and easy to get in and out. They will do a good job and warn call and warn you if an order may not look right to correct it if for example you didn't have enough resolution in a print job.

I love going to this Fedex. Great customer service! They are totally helpful and kind to me over the years. Whether it was for me or work related, they always take care of me. They make my transactions so easy ... they go above, and beyond. Kudos to your team...I appreciate your service.
