JD Sports is a good place for tennis shoes with a wide variety and the hottest selection of clothes and shoes. Prices are reasonable and good. The staff can be fantastic and helpful, tracking down items and offering discounts. However, customer service sometimes sucks, with staff not greeting or helping people. The store can get crazy and crowded. Overall, it is a place where customers love their stylish and comfortable purchases and may return for more.
Went to do some Christmas shopping and they didn’t have the shoe I wanted so I left was about to buy them at another store but they didn’t give military discount. Justin (store manager)tracked me down told me they had the shoe in and I was able to purchase it WITH military discount. Thank you Justin

Staff is always courteous and very helpful even if they don't have it they will point you on the right direction.
