JD Sports is a good place for tennis shoes with a wide variety and the hottest selection of clothes and shoes. Prices are reasonable and good. The staff can be fantastic and helpful, tracking down items and offering discounts. However, customer service sometimes sucks, with staff not greeting or helping people. The store can get crazy and crowded. Overall, it is a place where customers love their stylish and comfortable purchases and may return for more.
I stopped by to look for some new shoes. Nathan helped me by showing me 3 different styles that he thought I would like. He was very polite & gave great customer service.
