Omg, this place has gone to hell
Don left and now, Noone knows what's going on
This place took 4 hours to put tires on my truck
The boys putting on my tires couldn't be no more than 17 years old
I watched the manger yelling at him.

Brought my tire in to get patched. Had already tried to plug it myself prior. They took my tire, told me it would be 1.5 hours and they would call me to tell me when it was done. I called after two hours to be told they won’t patch a tire after a plug was put In. Also never bothered to call and tell me that after the person supposedly was told this information. You’d think the person talking to customers would know the company policies instead of wasting everyone’s time. Will never go back. You guys suck.

I handed over my 2001 chrysler for a standard wheel alignment. The mechanic may not have noticed my dash cam. What it captured was a mechanic who was very careful and respectful with my car. But he added brake fluid when I did not ask for it. There was also a "complimentary battery test" on the receipt but I know you cant get to a positive terminal without removing the cross member and intake so that was bologna but whatever. If I had been running dot 4 or dot 5 fluid with aftermarket brakes, this mechanic could have caused me a lot of trouble. But he did a great job with the alignment, thanks WinAlign software. But just ask customers before chucking in brake fluid from a gardening watering pale. If you have special brakes be very firm with them about not touching anything but the requested service.

Have been left on hold twice for 20 minutes. I have one simple question and immediately when I call they ask can I be put on hold and never answer the phone. Why would I want to work with this team if they can’t even answer one question. Ridiculous. Lost my business.

When confronted about the 90% markup on parts, the manager was arrogantly unapologetic and offered no explanation. After taking my vehicle to another shop for an estimate, the other shop provided an estimate that was less than half the price, mainly because half the parts were not required.

Not a long wait. I was pleasantly entertained by Let's Make a Deal with Wayne Brady. I called around and this was the best price for the service. I will rely on Firestone with my cars needs. Service was completed in under an hour

Not a good visit and not good tires. I went to this location for an oil change and tire rotation, which is the same location that I bought the tires at. They did the oil change and that was fine. However, they refused to do the tire rotation because, who I assume was the service manager, said they were worn and needed replaced. The tires were 65,000-mile tires that were bought in January 2023 and were regularly rotated on schedule. However, the mileage driven on these tires is just 31,181. Not even to the halfway point and they need replaced? This is the second set of tires I have had this issue with. His explanation? It must be your car! No, perhaps it is your tires. Either way, the tires should not have to be replaced this soon. Hopefully I am offered some type of compensation or a pro-rated adjustment on a new set. Or maybe, I need to spread the word and take my business elsewhere. Thanks.

Overall, my experience at this location was a good one. Originally, I was quoted over the phone about $15 to zip tie an engine splash guard which was hanging below the vehicle. Firestone went the extra mile by inspecting the car and reporting what needed to be replaced. After receiving their report, they waved the fee and wished me a good day. This was a very kind gesture provided from the crew here and I would recommend going to this location for future mechanical needs.

I purchased tires from fire stone Belden area two years ago. I admit I should’ve checked the paperwork but they put my odometer at 28,000 when I purchased the car and had 36,000 miles when I took the car in I estimate I would’ve had between 55 and 65,000 miles on it, so you can see that’s a big difference when it comes to the warranty of the tire I have a side bubble on my tire three mechanics said it should’ve been covered under manufacturer warranty but of course fire stone decline and I should also know when I received my tires two years ago, they also tried to charge me for an alignment that they never did because I sat and watched them work on my car the entire time so he had to adjust that bill as well Save yourself a lot of headaches don’t go to fire stone.
They have proven to be very dishonest and don’t care
