I opened this account for their promo. Open an account use your debit card 10 times in the next 60 days & receive a $200 bonus. I stopped in on a Friday & the teller could not find my info after I gave her my Drivers License. Then I gave her my SS#, which I did not like the fact she wrote it down & I told her so. She said she had no idea but she would look into it & call me. Never got a call by the following Wednesday. I called again & of course no one could explain why I never received a phone call. Then the manager calls me & he basically said the same thing. After I get this promo I will be closing this account. The entire staff is rude, including the manager. He told me that the person I talked to is new. I said to him I’ve seen her on there many time. He said she has been there about a YEAR! That is not new I told him.

i would give 0 if I could. Teller and manager were both horrible. New business trying to deposit coins and could not even do that after following corporate standards. After saying she was rude, I was told I didn’t have to come back. Horrible way to do business will keep other banks in mind. Would not do business here. I would recommend other small businesses that are considering banking here go elsewhere.

Staff rate 5-stars for friendliness & knowledge. Corp policy rates ZERO stars. $24 annual fee PER ACCOUNT if u need a monthly statement. Do not even have Senior accts; other banks do.
