Do not fall for there pro membership you can only use it now for physical items no psn xbox or any other gaming gift card anymore. No point in buying it when there prices are more then the market place online!

This store is quite nice. A good selection of games, both old and new, as well as a nice selection of various collectible things.
The atmosphere of the store is also quite pleasant, as are the employees.
The reason for 4/5 stars however, is slightly unrelated as it concerns other people who came in during my last visit.
A gentleman came in close to the store's closing time that was very irate and requested to file a complaint over the employee (something starting with an "S", I think?) not being able to take the items in for trade due to how late it was. That same gentleman also attempted to stop the employee from closing, opening the door as the person was going to lock up.
Overall, not bad! Will visit again, and hopefully the employee is alright, and that the gentleman is able to get his needs met as well.

Bought a controller for Xbox one with warranty in June for my ten year old grandson was accidentally dropped broke one button and they wouldn't replace almost 100 dollars for nothing guy said it was an easy fix but couldn't replace it so that was money just thrown away their warranty is a scam I do not recommend this place or the warranty I will not return

The girl was super slow, she took 30 minutes to do a trade in and did not help any other customers. She was here by herself and it took forever. I have been standing in line for 45 minutes now. She seemed nice but holy cow it took forever.
