The guy that was working the window doesn't listen to you!! He told me there were 6 scripts. I said she only wants the 1. (it has 3 parts to it, so multi-bags were expected). 2x I said it! Get the bag & pull away. She tells me there are more scripts than I asked for. We turn around, mind you, we have just pulled away from the window. Got back in line for them to tell us that she can't get her money back & it has overdrafted her account. My point to this rant is: As a customer service person, anyone who works with the public. Listen to your customers!!! You serve the community, pay attention to what they say, it may be more important than an overdraft! Giant Eagle, YOU can do better!!

I had to RUSH there because I was made aware that my 4 month old sons medicine was ready super last second. They close at 8 and I got there at 7:59! Shoutput to giant eagle pharmacy to not shut their lights off 1 min early and Fulfilled not only the prescription, but their duties! Thanks so much! Now he doesn't have to suffer until tomorrow! 🧡 the woman working the wondow tonight was VERY nice as well, and helped me greatly!

Never had a problem when picking up my medicine always friendly some of the workers know you by name.

Curbside pickup at this store is VERY rude. I called because my grand-daughter had placed an order for delivery, but her receipt stated "curbside pickup", which confused her. The person who took the call in curbside-pickup was extremely rude and hung up on me, causing me to call the Store manager and file a compliant.

I went today just for pumpkin drop cookies...my favorite...love this store...always clean and the staff go out they way...was looking for ham glaze and the meat lady helped me...

I haven't left my house all day. but I like Giant Eagle.great meat and seafood. glad I have location and timeline on. now gonna check it and see how my phone went to Giant eagle 1 hour ago. My roommate had my car but not my phone.
