Was here a week ago. I was very aggravated. Gave the cashier my cash only to be redirected to the slot in front of the register but below the belt to put my money in?. The CASHier can't take money? I have to feed it into a hole? It most definitely is NOT a time saving thing. I'm ready to turn in my Giant Eagle card and head to Acme. I'm already doing most of my shopping at Walmart lately. It's just gotten to be too expensive to shop here.

Friendly staff, good selection. New registers leave much to be desired, payment feels like operating a soda machine, plus it's impossible to tell which has a cashier because all lanes are now lit.

Mary in the liquor department is so rude. I’ve always been so nice to her and recently she has been awful to me for no reason. I’ve always asked how she was doing with her arm brace and she was nice for a while and now she is so mean and nasty. There is no sign in the liquor store directing people where the line should go. When there are people in line the normal thing to do is to line up in a straight line in front of the register, not to the right down the aisle. Please get a sign directing people that way because it is unnatural. One evening, when it was slow and there was only one person ahead of me and no one behind me, (two people total) on a non busy workday evening, she very rudely told me I need to start standing to the right down the aisle. I then politely told her they need a sign pointing that way and she replied very angry that it’s been that way since 2015. Ok but this was only the second time I had anyone ask me to line up this way so it obviously wasn’t being enforced until recently. Then last week I bought one frozen food item WITH a pint of liquor and rather than saying hello she said before anything, “starting the first of the year you won’t be able to buy food back here.” What was funny was there were two ladies in front of me buying ONLY food from the prepared food department in the liquor store and she said nothing to them. I will never go to this Giant Eagle again. I’ll drive farther and go to ACME where the workers are not rude. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this Giant Eagle over the years and it’s sad this is the way you treat customers.

The store was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Prices are about right especially if you sign up for the rewards card.

Well, no cashiers. No self check outs. Only 2 lines open. At 4pm in the afternoon. This will be my last time trying to support local grocery store.

Advertisement: 50% off pork. Flyer didn't mention 50% off what price. You get there and the sale price is basically everyone else's sale price without the misleading hype. Good job Lying Giant Eagle! You lost me as a customer. Plenty of other reputable stores to spend my family's money at.

My wife and I do not enjoy being watched and followed throughout the store. We were doing our monthly shopping and noticed a worker peering over the isle. And coincidentally ending up in every isle we were in. We then went to check out at self check out and she planted herself at the end of the isle watching our every move. We would glance over because we felt eyes on us and she was staring. Then when we left she left. I waited to see if she would go back and stand there like maybe that was her assigned post and she did not. We paid in full thank you. And will not longer do business

I am literally followed around when I visit this Giant Eagle. I would call it good ole fashioned racial profiling. Disgusting!

Curbside pickup at this store is VERY rude. I called because my grand-daughter had placed an order for delivery, but her receipt stated "curbside pickup", which confused her. The person who took the call in curbside-pickup was extremely rude and hung up on me, causing me to call the Store manager and file a compliant.

Floral lady on Tuesday May 23 am was super friendly and patient. She went out of her way several times in our 10 minute interaction to ensure a gift we were purchasing for someone was awesome. As locals never been here before we were blessed with her kindness! Thank you!!

To whom it may concern.Food is a basic necessity that is required by all humans to keep themselves from dying of starvation. Your food continues to increase in price even though the quality and quantity of that food decreases .You have left me no other choice than to remove products from your store without paying for them.Sorry, but the welfare of my family is more important than making your corporate shareholders richer.Sincerely, a former paying customer .

Fish special came only cold. Microwave fish is not good. Hot fish $10.99 per pound. Yikes! Line was slow but not in a hurry. Clean and stocked shelves. Friendly people.
