I use to really like this place but a female staff member was pretty inappropriate an ride to me today I think she said her name was Alyssa so I won't be coming back if the type of people you employee can't act professionally with customers I can't see a reason to give my business to GNC I'll just go somewhere else.

Went in on April 15th in the afternoon to buy vitamins. Three employees were behind the counter were shooting the breeze. Nobody greeted me or asked if I needed help. I couldn’t find what I was looking for and I didn’t want to interrupt their conversation so I decided to buy someplace else.

The staff there is always helpful every time I go in to look for something specific. Justin and Cole always greet me when I walk in and never leave me confused looking around. I never leave the store empty handed, they always hook me up with what I need. Great store!

Was in there today to ask about if they had something then they treated me as you need to go talk to your doctor which I informed them I did and I’ve taken multiple different things from the doctor that didn’t work. Then they suggested acupuncture or a massage. I had informed them that I didn’t have the money for that then they said that’s what a job is for. Like I did not have one I’m paying bills and trying to stay off the streets. You don’t treat somebody like they don’t have a job whenever they are willing to pay for product when they come into your store it’s disrespectful. I’ve been to this GNC before and there was a nice guy in there that helped me figured out what I needed.
Instead of all the staff and maybe even customers just standing around staring at me like I was not welcome because there was multiple people just standing around talking I don’t know if he was training them at the mall or a group meeting. But to treat somebody like they don’t matter isn’t the way to treat any customer that comes in to your store.
I’d rather drive all the way to Strongsville mall. Went to the GNC earlier this week at that mall and there was a nice guy that helped me find a certain item and I need it.

Always great help and very knowledgeable! Been getting supplements and drinks from them for years now and have never let me down! Highly recommend the pro plan too if you shop at GNC often, it saves you a lot of money!

I buy a lot of supplements from this store. I have noticed vein pumping pumps. I hit the gym and I hit it hard thanks to these products sold exclusively at this location. I have very large arms and they would not be as large without this store. I bought glaxon product and I have gotten so thick since then. I signed up for their “pro” membership and I now save when I buy all my supplements. Why diet and restrict yourself when you can just buy a bunch of gnc Belden supplements and look super swole? The employees are very nice and helpful. Justin the manager is very knowledgeable and has very beefy arms himself.

First time coming coming here and wanted to grab a few celcius drinks for the road. Overall it's a solid location by the mall exit / entrance. Deals are fair here though the drink selection is minimal but feature a great deal on vitamins since they're on clearance.
